Good morning! Another sunny and cool 48 degrees this morning in the Castro Valley. There are canned sardines then there are the fresh grilled sardines that you get around the Med! Those are delicious! When I grew up in Vermont we would go to a cider mill and get a large jug of fresh squeezed Apple cider. That non pasteurized cider was delicious but I’m not a big fan of today’s cider. I hear certain area still offer the real cider but haven’t come across any. Last night we went out to a small family run Thai restaurant and had a great family style dinner. Tonight we are going to a Vietnamese restaurant that has a reputation of offering great Pho. One thing we like about our visits out here is the many cultural dining experiences. Tomorrow we’re traveling down along the Pacific Highway to the rental beach house kids have rented in Cayucous. Will be there for a few days visiting some wineries and we have reservations to visit Hearst Castle. We’ll return here for Thanksgiving. Having a grand time. If a possible majority of CC members agree, then maybe we should start sending messaging to Hal about our unhappiness or in our case boredom with the present product. Direct communication to Hal Hdqs. may have more action then complaining and debating here on CC. Just a thought. Your welcomed to disagree.

Good morning from sunny California. Was sleeping like a log when my beautiful granddaughter decided it was time to see Bop Bop! What a pleasant alarm clock. All flights yesterday were punctual and without incident. DIL picked us up and had a wonderful dinner for us which really hit the spot after eating airline snacks all day. We have the house to ourselves for the day as kids are working so maybe a walk and some reading time is in today’s schedule. One frustration yesterday, on plane, were these two men in front of us who coughed almost continuously from Atlanta to LA. I had to really control myself as I wanted to yell put a dam mask on and help not spread your germs all over the place. Being called for breakfast and little one wants to sit next to Bop Bop!❤️ Have a great day!

Made it to Oakland and now at our family’s home high on a hill overlooking Castro Valley. A beautiful day heading for night in California.

I have difficulty finding diet tonic water in grocery stores especially in small bottles. Have not seen on Hal.

Pretty flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles. Flew over Black Canyon of the Gunisson, snow capped mountains. Now have an hour plus layover for next segment to Oakland. A long day but worth it to see family.

Early to rise and currently onboard a plane for our first leg to Atlanta. We have spent a lot of time flying this year. Hence upgrades to First Class. Getting ready to shut doors. Thanks for the reports.

Good morning! A light rainy morning made it ideal for sleeping in. We have a few things to clear out in fridge and give to neighbors as we leave for two weeks tomorrow morning. Sure seems Marilyn Monroe was quoted a lot? Finish the packing and will probably eat out tonight are the only two things on my agenda today. The life of Riley! If one follows regularly on these Hal CC boards there have been many of us who have tested positive and quarantined with minimal or mild symptoms while on cruises in the past year. It’s not over and in some areas annual flu cases are also quite prolific. Still looking forward to our next cruise. Just need to be aware it can happen again but it’s definitely not over.

@lindalerCongratulations on son winning chili cook off. Chili sounds good on this cold day but I guess we’re going to be watching glaciers today as DW is making Pea Soup for dinner!

Good morning. It’s a brisk 38 degrees this morning here in North West, Florida which made for a good night’s sleep and a late wake up. The new air purifier seems to be helping with my allergies. Have been to today’s port of call and with effort kissed the Blarney Stone. Eight years later I don’t think I would or could. Today’s quote seems just the opposite as these days we tear down monuments that we used to revere! Today is get the laundry done and start packing for our trip out West. Shouldn’t need to bring much as we have available laundry at both places. Thanks for the Fleet Report and to all who contribute. Have a great week. Bruce
