On Beyond, there are a handful of veranda cabins which have trueverandas, but the vast majority have the so-called infinite veranda, which is actually just a window that opens. All of the concierge class cabins have the same infinite verandahs.
The Captains Club concierge on board is the person to see about this. The short side staff really can’t handle it and will turn it over to the on board staff in any case so just go straight to the Captains Club concierge when you arrive on the ship.
The difference is the timing. If you follow the directions given for redeeming points for a cruise discount, it goes onto your credit card statement before the cruise. If you wait until you are on board, it goes onto the credit card statement after the cruise.
You get one day’s worth of Captains Club points for having slightly reduced cleaning service.
Some choose to have full cleaning inthe morning, reduced turndown service in the evening.
I choose no service at all in the morning, and the complete service in the evenings.
