The difference is the timing. If you follow the directions given for redeeming points for a cruise discount, it goes onto your credit card statement before the cruise. If you wait until you are on board, it goes onto the credit card statement after the cruise.

The rep was incorrect. You can redeem points for credit on your next credit card statement. It can be done on line on the BOA site.

You get one day’s worth of Captains Club points for having slightly reduced cleaning service. Some choose to have full cleaning inthe morning, reduced turndown service in the evening. I choose no service at all in the morning, and the complete service in the evenings.

I am not sure what you are asking. The elite happy hour has a martini on the menu which can be ordered from most bars from 5 to 7 PM. often, the martini bar is excluded from those bars which will serve you Elite happy hour drinks. on the beverage package, if you order a drink over the price limit, you pay the difference plus gratuity. does that make it clearer?
