  1. Please provide more information. When did you book the cruise? When is the cruise? Why do you need to change Travel agents? Is the current Travel agent unresponsive or are you just looking for more perks?
  2. It’s pretty much like cruises to Europe or South America. The ship goes there at the beginning of the season, stay for several cruises over the next months and then return or go on to their next location. i know if no line that imitates the kind of ocean transits over and back year round the way Cunard does between New York and Europe.
  3. The app is unreliable and inaccurate and clunky. Check again when you are on board.
  4. But there is a huge difference between the forward facing view and the aft facing view. “We’re coming up on a beautiful waterfall now so get your cameras ready” ”We’ve just passed a beautiful waterfall, hope you got to see it”
  5. According to the rules, this is not allowed. In practice, you may be able to bring wine on board at a port but I would definitely not count on it
  6. They begin to close down the duplicate lines but keep one line open for hot foods, one line for pastries, one line for fruits etc.
  7. Yes, the OP mis-read the list of benefits, has been corrected, and acknowledged the correction. to repeat. no charge for concierge welcome luncheon room service charge is $9.95 plus gratuity no charge for continental breakfast room service, other than suites no charge for suite room service, continental or otherwise
  8. Silhouette for the kids club and the forward-facing Sky lounge, no question eden is impressive but you want that forward facing view in the scenic areas
  9. No. That’s not what we are saying, nowhiners There’s no fee for the concierge lunch 9.95 for room service other than continental breakfast
  10. For those who don’t have a drink package, the bloody Mary’s and Bellini’s and sparkling wine are a nice breakfast treat.
  11. I am happy to see that this is not the case
  12. Occasionally, especially when there are very large numbers of elites and above on board, the breakfast will become a buffet
  13. I agree that luggage valet will not be an option for you. 11 AM is a little tight in Seattle because the terminal is so far from the airport. it isn’t an international flight, is it? That would make it worse.
  14. You can ask for no melon, or just leave it uneaten on your plate.
  15. If it is refundable onboard credit, they will put it back to your credit card. If it is nonrefundable, here are some ideas ——— Because this gets asked so often I've compiled a list of things to spend OBC on. The only thing I know of now that you CAN'T buy with OBC is a deposit on a Future Cruise. You need a credit card for that. Also, there may be some card game in the casino with a cash only buy-in. And if they do a fundraiser, like selling t-shirts to “save the reefs” and the like, expect to need cash for that. Otherwise, here you go: *Acupuncture *Airport transfers *Alcove Rental (some ships) *Apple products etc. and Ilounge classes *Art Auction Purchases *Babysitting *Barber Shop services *Behind the Scenes Tours *Beverages -- Alcoholic, carbonated soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, bottled water — if not in your package, also beverages above your package limits *Bingo and Deal or No Deal *Bottles of wine *Casino *Chef’s Table *Corkage charged if you bring your own bottles of wine to the MDR *Duty free liquor and cigarettes *Extra cost entrees and other items in Main Dining Room and specialty restaurants *Extend Your Stay program *Fitness classes *Flowers *Gelato *Gift shop souvenirs, purses, watches, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, etc. *Gratuities, and extra gratuities *Guests dining with you in Luminae (applies to Suite Passengers only) *Guest entertainers' CD's and DVD's *Hair and nail salon *Hollywood hot glass experiences (some ships) *Internet if not in your package, also Internet upcharges *Laundry/pressing/drycleaning *Liquor Tasting events *Luggage Valet *Martini Flights *Medical Center purchases *Mini bar *Portrait photo sessions *Pay-per-view movies *Persian Gardens passes *Personal Training Sessions *Photos & cameras *Room service fees *Ryde spinning classes *Shore Excursions *Shuttle to town (some ports) *Spa -- massages and treatments *Specialty restaurants *Teeth Whitening *Telephone calls using ship's system *Transfer to another passenger's account *Voyage in Review DVD *Wine and liquor tastings *Zumba They will always use non-refundable OBC first, then refundable OBC, And if you run out of that then it goes on your credit card
  16. All rooms have a mini fridge, which is more of a cooler than a true refrigerator. How cold do your medicines need to be?
  17. Yes. The coffee drinks without alcohol are Premium.
  18. No. Some cruise lines give you an option to refuse cabin changes, but Celebrity does not
  19. I don’t believe so. I have seen people ask and be denied because staff said that they didn’t have paper/plastic to go cups. on the other hand if you take your own cup you would probably be ok to fill your cup there.
  20. The captains Club hosts and other concierge team members come and go. Most often they there in the first few days of the cruise
