Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Happy Passover this evening to those celebrating. I have rarely had deep dish pizza; I don't like thin crust but not deep dish. I won't go for broke today, and I get rid of any dandelions in my grass. Growing up, there was an elderly Italian couple a couple of houses down from us who picked dandelions for salads and to make wine. Funny quote, although it takes longer for folks to become burdens or pests for me. Tofu is a no for me, but I can substitute meat instead. Love Bahama mamas on board a ship. Pass on the wine. I haven't been to Bridgetown. It's sunny and going up to 84F, breaking a record! But they've been ominously warning of bad storms, high winds, and even a possible tornado watch overnight! I will get some errands done before the weather turns. I haven't been waking up early the last few days, so I haven't been posting the Care List quite as early. I laid out a lot of clothing this morning on a spare bed. I don't think I can take it all. We'll see. @tupper10 Prayers for a successful surgery and recovery. Good afternoon. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Active thread today. No newsman around to hug. I have no issues or people I need to walk around. I will salute school librarians. Interesting quote. BFF has been after me to read Dune; I think I have it on my Kindle app for the cruise. I'll pass on the meal and drink, and take the wine if someone else pays for it. I haven't been to Haugesund or Norway at all. It's cloudy, but going up to 70 today! But tomorrow thunderstorms and high wind and even a possible tornado watch! So they're putting out warnings already. Some people in a neighboring county still don't have power from the Saturday storms. I've been doing laundry, and trying to choose clothes to take. It's hard, having daytime clothes, then changes for dinner, plus the dressier 3 nights, plus 3 weeks in Germany. I fear just between all my meds, and eye drops/ointments, and OTC just in case meds, my carry-on will be full! @StLouisCruisers Thanks for starting us up today, with @richwmn help. My last stress test in January was a PET stress test. So I had 2 injections; the radiolabeled glucose and the med to speed up the heart since with my knee I couldn't do the treadmill. I was shocked to see that my insurance was charged $19k for the test! I had to pay $225, and insurance only paid them about $3k. @RMLincoln Prayers for good news tomorrow at DH's eye surgery follow-up. Ugh! I had a big long post almost finished, and accidentally closed my browser!!! 😠 Good morning Dailyites. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I'm retired, so no work today. I don't think I'll see a rainbow with our weather. I like tweed, but don't have any anymore. I'll pass on the meal (fish - we've had a lot recently, likely due to Lent). Pass on the drink and wine. I went to school for 6 years in Boston. Those pics are pre-digital. I've been back maybe twice, but not sure I have any photos. Today will be mostly sunny and up into the 50's. I will mainly be working on laying out stuff to pack. Also making sure I have enough meds for about 6 weeks. @StLouisCruisers I appreciate you starting up the FR/Daily today. Thanks for the Boston photos. @richwmn I saw Martin Cooper on TV this morning as he's back in NYC for the anniversary of the mobile phone. It was 10 years (1983) before they became commercially available. @mamaofami I'm glad you had no issues driving for the first time since your cataract surgery. @Overhead Fred Bon Voyage!
