  1. read elsewhere that a guest was told that all captains will be rotating ships at the end of 2024. Anyone know anything about it?
  2. what specifically was changed that you are questioning?
  3. If just moving categories it shouldn't be a fee; if it's actually canceling and rebooking it typically is a fee. I think that some of the call center agents overlook the fee and some strictly adhere to it. Your agent should call Azamara again and also contact their BDM if it isn't resolved to your satisfaction.
  4. Thank you for sharing this! It makes so much more sense.
  5. yes, that would be a good alternative
  6. I would be very surprised if you would be impacted. But, who knows... I sure hope you're ok. We are supposed to disembark ther in June 2024. We may be going somewhere else
  7. Yes, it could end up being all sizes. certainly won't do good things for the economy there!
  8. Amsterdam bans cruise ships to limit visitors (msn.com) We may have a change in plans for the end of our cruise next year 😞
  9. I checked a couple I've been tracking. R/T Miami was like you said, just ov and inside left; prices on Onward transatlantic went way up. Disappointed...
  10. We have b2b's for next year that were rolled over from the old system. It took awhile but the obc is now showing up on both cruises.
  11. World, Ocean and Spa suites offer 300.00 pp OBC suite credit, so 600.00 total; thisis in addition to any other OBC promotions that you may receive.
  12. I haven't noticed many reports on Onward Club Continents; I tried looking back but too many pages. Am I missing current spreadsheet pages?
  13. It can be a crapshoot depending on how much time those in front of you take. Last year we waited a half an hour because the couple in front kept chatting after they were done
  14. I believe if you are logged into Azamara yours should be attached to anything you look up. Hopefully when you enter both traveler's emails, their number would then be attached to the booking. But, I don't know if it's the same in all countries. Your daughter can enter both when looking into a cruise
  15. Your wife needs a separate number in order for her to be part of the loyalty program. If you both have previously cruised with Azamara you both have your own numbers. are you using a travel agent< If so they can look both numbers up; if not, you will need to contact Azamara. Loyalty@Azamara.com
  16. the cruise I priced is 10,292 US no loyalty numbers, 9304 US one loyalty number and 8317 US for both numbers. So at least some of them are working
  17. You have to list each of your numbers to get the discount for both of you. I just tried one of the cruises and the price is different for no numbers, one number and two numbers.
  18. I would agree; I checked that one out also
  19. One I know well says yes it is the same

    Azamara Air

It's not unusual for flights not to be ticketed. They most likely created two separate bookings as sometimes it's cheaper than a round trip or open jaw ticket. If they happen to have bulk air on the return flight, you may not be ticketed until 30 days before the flight.
  22. not true in the US, higher than most cruise lines
  23. We have used our OBC many times to purchase the indulgence package when we've stayed in a Club Continent suite. It does only really make sense on a longer cruise, though.
  24. We booked a club continent for 2025 and were required to pay a 2200.00 suite deposit, which is new. Always been 1100.00 for a CC before the changeover
  25. No problem at all, even upgrading after final is doable.
