    New website.

I agree. Just scrolling through it, I like the look and feel of it, they’ve added what looks to be much more than just select cruises, with easy to find information on each ship, club level information. Looking forward to a completely functional website, I hope the transition goes smoothly and as planned.
  2. Do you recall who it was that you heard this from?
  3. The beer and wine in the mini fridge are not included, you will be charged if you consume them. You can have drinks brought to your stateroom if you have purchased the ultimate beverage package, not sure if you haven’t.
  4. I think you’ll find boarding in Lisbon to be quite smooth.
  5. Hop on hop off bus, if you’re at the World Trade Center. It’ll take you there plus lots of other places!
  6. I disagree. I don’t think you have to drink a lot, I think you just may prefer higher quality alcohol. A couple glasses of very good quality champagne, a good scotch or vodka. We’ve never had a bartender tell us no with any cocktail requests on the ultimate package. Why scrimp when you’re on holiday? As far as the wine selection, I think any cruise line, resort, whatever that has their own label will serve that as their everyday pour.
  7. I’ve just had a look, and OBC is offered for OV and inside, but not the experience more package. Azamara has two different promotions going on right now, their “best sale ever” and then their “early booking bonus”. Looks like the early booking bonus, which offers the experience more package, applies to some sailings November onward, verandah and above.
  8. I don’t believe that reservations will be available before you board the ship, regardless of any opportunity to purchase pre cruise. Enjoy your cruise!
  9. Atlas bar drinks are served in all of the other ships’ Den bars. We had them on both the Journey and Quest last August. I would imagine that many if not all of the officers will be different every few months.
  10. Totally worth it! I’m sure they can arrange to accommodate your father. The space is wonderful. If your dad tires, any meal can be served in your suite. The balcony is spacious and has such a beautiful view. The ship is built in such a way that all venues are accessible. In my opinion the aft has the best, most peaceful views. Enjoy your cruise and making precious memories.
  11. It can and usually does take at least a couple weeks for the obc to show up. I have found that it's best to list both/all cruise numbers on one request. If you have wisely used a TA, please don't call Azamara yourself, have your TA make the call.
  12. Yes, the same. This is from the US website: Complimentary Nights may only be redeemed on voyages of seven nights or more and must be redeemed at the full fare rate and cannot be combined with other promotions, except the Onboard Booking Program, Back to Back Offer, and the Azamara Circle Refer & Receive Future Cruise Credit.
  13. We found the balcony useable as the solid balcony wall blocks the wind, as Ann stated above. I loved the deck 7 location and would stay in a CO again.
  14. What tgg said! Give it some time. I emailed celebrity a while back and it took nearly two months to get a response. All of the cruise lines still have issues
  15. We were able to order off the specialty menus in August
  16. Are you overnighting in Amsterdam the night before you leave? If so, you can leave much earlier. If not, if you’re flying in business or first you should be able to fly earlier. I personally wouldn’t advise too early if you’re flying coach.
  17. We found the club ocean suite very comfortable. If you decide to have guests for cocktails, your butler will set up your living room and provide whatever food you would like to serve. We’ve had chilled prawns, cheese plates and lovely sandwiches. You can also have meals served in your suite, ordering off the restaurant menus rather than just the room service menu. We requested a pot of coffee at a certain time every morning, so that it would be waiting for us when we got up. Enjoy your cruise!
  18. You shouldn't have a problem as it's already been purchased. You'll want to make your reservation as soon as you board the ship. If you wait, you may not be able to get the chef's table that you want.
  19. I’m thankful the US doesn’t have the unfair issues you have in the UK. I’ve no doubt there are some agents here that are unscrupulous, but goodness you all seem to have a lot of them.
  20. I realize that. Sorry, just trying to be helpful.
  21. I think you missed the boat. Azamara and celebrity no longer acknowledge the others status, if that was the only reason you were going to give Azamara a try. You still should though!!
  22. Perhaps they’re working on changing port hours or tours. Give it a few days and then contact your travel agent
  23. It is true that your travel agent will need to cancel the booking, however it should be able to be done in a way that you will not risk losing your current cabin. Your TA can email the future cruise desk onboard the ship to coordinate it.
