  1. Your Travel Agent can get the pricing for you now for the whole cruise. No segments available yet.
  2. We had wonderful service from our (newly promoted) butler on the Quest this past August. He remembered us from his days as a server 🙂 There were times I needed to request something be brought to our suite but it didn't bother me, always came. The ships are still short staffed. There were only I believe three butlers on the ship, and I know there were some demanding guests on our second cruise for sure. When there was a serious issue, like someone writing down the wrong stateroom number on their laundry slip and we got charged for it, he took care of it within an hour. Brought us coffee every morning, even disembarkation morning. I hope they don't change
  3. If the smoking area was move where you’re suggesting , it would affect the Patio and also could impact Windows, so more complaints there than the bar.
  4. 75.00 pp is a very reasonable cancellation fee; Silversea is 250.00 pp, and others are also higher. Azamara will typically adjust prices to match a current sale price, but you or (hopefully you use one!) agent will need to contact Azamara to get the reduced fare.
  5. Could be that itineraries are being changed.
  6. There is always service at the bar! We usually left the restaurant after 10 and the bar was closing up then

    Masks off!

Quite sure they’ll be shaving with smiles! I sure hope this is the end of masks!
  8. Azamara Alert Due to technology upgrades, we expect Wi-Fi connectivity to be affected on a portion of three Azamara voyages: Azamara Pursuit- 11/19/22 Azamara Journey – 1/15/23 Azamara Quest – 2/19/23 Only these voyages will be affected. Wi-Fi will be available in The Den. For the inconvenience, every stateroom will receive a $300 Onboard Credit.
  9. Yes, you should notify the ship that you’ll be staying on land for the night.
  10. I think you or your TA need to contact Azamara.
  11. Looks like it’s non refundable, per the terms and conditions on the website If Azamara has accepted the Offer, the Offer cannot be modified or cancelled, and Guest must pay the Total Amount regardless of whether Guest subsequently modifies or cancels the booking.
  12. I think this makes sense, especially if Azamara’s vendors have set minimum participation numbers
  13. This appears to be cruise specific with close sail dates; are you finding this to be true?
  14. Please see post #8. It doesn’t sound like there were any tickets purchased by the OP. Sounds like Azamara is trying to arrange transportation for ticket holders. I too would be disappointed if that was the only reason I had booked the cruise
  15. Meant to say (couldn’t edit) the notification from Azamara states that no one will be allowed to enter Qatar unless they hold a ticket.
  16. (Ship name)GuestEmergency@Azamara.com I don’t have the phone numbers to call but the charge is still 7.95 a minute
  17. Why should Azamara be responsible for private tours? Purchasing tickets outside of Azamara (or any other cruise line) is considered private.
  18. I think that their Caribbean cruises have been pretty succesful, so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a few. I'm really hoping that a ship will head to the west coast of the US and do either Mexico or Hawaii in early 25.
  19. Yes it could be. We used much of our obc for tips for bartenders, sommeliers and specialty staff.
