Which cruise terminal for Quantum in Sydney?
relaxatsea replied to relaxatsea's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Thanks everyone, that is very good news. It is a much better location, yay! -
We will be sailing on Quantum of the Seas, April 8, 2025 from Sydney to Honolulu. I see there are two cruise terminals in Sydney, Australia. Does anyone know if RCCL usually uses the Overseas Passenger Terminal or the White Bay Terminal. On the RCCL website, it says they may use either one. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone stayed in a Central Park View Cabin?
relaxatsea replied to CDLTEL's topic in Royal Caribbean International
We have booked Central Park cabins on Oasis class ships many times, and we love them! As previously said, it is very nice to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the classical music playing in the park below. Our recent cabin on Oasis in December, 11229 has one of the extra-wide balconies, so that was a bonus. We did not find this cabin to be noisy, although it was right next to a service room. Highly recommend! -
Is there Brunch on Grandeur?
relaxatsea replied to relaxatsea's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Thank you so much, that is very good news! Also appreciate the menu! -
We recently cruised on Oasis and really enjoyed the brunch in the Main Dining Room. If any of you have been on Grandeur recently, could you let me know if they also have brunch? We will be sailing on Grandeur in January. We have sailed on her before, so we know she is an oldie but goody, and that is fine with us.

On our recent Seascape cruise of Oct. 29, 2023, we embarked at Terminal C. The lower decks used the west door (door closest to Miami), and the higher decks used the east door (closest to the ocean). We were on Deck 5, but I don't remember how high the lower decks went, but yes, there are two doors, and they are clearly marked. This was nowhere on our documents, but I read about it here on Cruise Critic prior to our sailing. Thanks again, Cruise Critic! By the way, although we embarked at Terminal C, we disembarked at Terminal B, so we had a rather long walk to get back to the Terminal C parking lot after the cruise. Happy cruising!

We are booked for May, 2024. We made this decision after being docked next to the MSC World Europa in Barcelona recently, and being amazed by it. We have been on MSC six times before, and are aware of the pros and cons, biggest con for us being the poor customer service prior to and during the cruise.

We were docked next to the MSC World Europa in Barcelona this past April, and it was absolutely spectacular! That would definitely be my choice.

Thanks so much, Morpheus! I've been enjoying your posts here too.

For anyone recently on MSC Seascape, which terminal building is used for boarding at the Port of Miami? We will be going at the end of October this year. Thanks in advance!

Results from emailing MSC Voyagers Club Department
relaxatsea replied to thepie's topic in MSC Cruises
My husband has two Diamond Club numbers under his same name. I have been trying to get it corrected through the Voyagers Club for three years now, and have decided to give up. He will continue to use his most recent Diamond Club number. MSC is incredibly difficult to deal with, especially the Voyagers Club. Great ships, terrible Customer Service. -

Are paper menus available in MDR on Seascape?
relaxatsea replied to relaxatsea's topic in MSC Cruises
Thanks, everyone! -
If I don't have a cell phone, will I be able to request a paper menu in the Main Dining Room on Seascape?

WOW! Radio is back! I just found this great review from my favorite CC reviewer! I was looking for information on the MSC Seascape since we will be going in October this year. I found you under Google rather than under CC. Anyway, thanks so much for all of your wonderful commentary, photos, videos, and information. Hope you have had lots of chances to "read the news" since this cruise.

We liked the room and the location very much. The picture is very much like the one posted above by Starry Eyes. We were able to see everything. Enjoy! -
A few years ago, we had a port stop in Bar Harbor. Right to the left of the dock is a beautiful walking path that goes alongside the water and eventually turns and goes into the town. It was in the Fall, and we enjoyed all of the sights and the beautiful Fall leaves. After our walk, we had some blueberry pie at one of the restaurants in town. It was a great day.

Thanks, I'll look into that too!
