  1. There is a photo collage in the atrium starboard side, think deck 6.
  2. They have crown but it is $1.00+20% now, at least for us.
  3. The Asst Customer Service Mgr - Racquel - was at the Haven bar one day on Prima and I asked her if Crown was included in regular drink package. She must have not known or was having a bad day as she frowned and told the bartender 'ohh, just give it to him'. Learned it is $1.00+20% now, for our convenience, of course.
  4. You can book at various screens around the ship or the TV in your room.
  5. Our recent Prima sailing we had to upload before then when in Haven lounge shoreside they came around with ipads and checked us in and took picture. Kind of silly. I like DCL is if you have a recent picture on file it can be used for a few years without having to take again.
  6. Our story is like pp and many years ago on Gem. There was one entrance for security for everyone. Then a small roped off area with concierge there. Not a good experience. Then Epic started sailing there and it was a hot mess. They finally changed things with what looked like some tents and designated areas based on pictures. I have not actually seen reports from Haven guests though. With that pier an issue, especially if two ships there, is the traffic congestion if you get there while people leaving and new arriving.
  7. I can't say if they throttled it on Prima but it was literally like dial up.
  8. Crown is a surcharge now, for your convenience, of course.
  9. If you are in Haven on Prima there were books in the lounge and we had probably 20 in our room.
  10. Welcome to CC. Maybe add those comments to the ...Haven luxury experience.. thread. Was this at PC and what terminal? Overall, the experience can vary. Some have both a separate security line and check in. Some only have the separate check in. Our last trip out of South Hampton no separate security line and to get to Haven check in we had to go through the regular check in, then a light check in then Haven.
  11. While classier than the punch bowls they used to have by the bar, avoid any tap cocktails. They are way too sweet and pack zero punch.
  12. On Dawn and Star, the only inside rooms that are for four that have two beds on the wall are on 12. The others for four have one on wall and a pop up from floor. Since you are excluding those for four, there aren't many that are not for four when looking for pictures. The only one I could find was a sideways one on 10 that looks like it just has two beds. Don't forget that 9 forward port side just behind the OS is the ghost room and area.
  13. When we sailed, if you sat at the counter of a certain place they only let you order from that place.
  14. The food and service is great. Good luck trying to find a seat. Aft bar tons of tap beer and drinks. Service there mostly miss.
  15. Have fun. Which ship? I made a visit to CN desk to inquire about Sapphire pins. Told none available. Asked about BTS, no, none. Asked about officer meal, no, none. Asked about wine tasting, waitlist, never asked. Well, we will see Prima again in February when we sail out of PC on MSC.
  16. Welcome to CC. Did you have a certain ship in mind? While some things can be very consistent others wildly different like pizza.
  17. They didn't have them in September yet a wall to wall VIP party was a go.
  18. We didn't see many frozen drinks either. Local probably best bet as the bartenders pretty good there and blenders. They did have drinks on tap at most bars which sounded good but ended up being about 3 oz plus big cubes in a tiny plastic glass that would cost $13 if you had to pay. Mostly sugar water.
  19. Don't worry, the classy letter from the concierge, at lest on our last trip, he pointed out he and butlers were not part of the tip pool.
  20. Welcome to CC. You did not clarify room type. If truly a H1 there is plenty of room for separation.
  21. It has been hit or miss for us but two months ago we got them every night without request, they even left the old ones there. We had twelve nights worth.
