  1. So only covered if book EZair. Then if not through EZair, then need to buy separate insurance for the air.
  2. Does Princess Protection plan cover air? Thank you.
  3. Quite a few people had the same problem. Here is the link to the discussions on this problem. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2917318-anyone-having-problem-viewing-saved-cruises/#comment-64887815
  4. Thank you for the information. Last time we stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen, very close to Chinatown. From that hotel, we walked to the Osanbashi pier in less than 15 minutes. So it is probably okay to stay in the same hotel or nearby hotel and just take the taxi to the Daikoku pier.
  5. Back in 2018, we did a Transpacific cruise on Golden Princess, and we embarked at the Osanbashi pier. I just assumed that is the pier for all Princess ships. I booked a Sept. cruise on the Diamond Princess, and just noticed my Travel Summary indicates Daikoku Pier. Are the 2 piers very close to each other? Last time we stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen. From the Haneda airport, we took the airport bus. From the bus drop off point, it took only 15 minutes to walk to the hotel; also walked to the Osanbashi pier in less than 15 minutes. We plan to stay at that hotel again; but now knowing we will board at Daikoku pier, we might need to find another hotel if it is not within walking distance to the Daikoku pier. Any suggestions for hotel within 15 minutes walking distance to the Daikoku pier? We need to stay for 6 nights.
  6. I am still not able to view my Saved cruises. Those of you who had the same problem, are you able to view your Saved cruises now? Started a few hours ago, I can't even log in to my Princess account. It is stuck in "processing" to log in.
  7. Totally agree!! Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.
  8. I thought of the same thing, so this morning I deleted it all and saved all again. Then log out and log back in and went to "Saved" to check pricing and details. And still received that error message.
  9. Sorry I didn't load the picture in the proper position.
  10. For a few days now, after I log in to my Princess account and go to view my "Saved" cruises, my saved cruises showed up, but when I clicked on "View pricing and details", I get an error screen (see below). I can only view pricing and details if I do a new search on the cruises that I am interested in. I have 8+ cruises that I check on a daily basis, and not being able to use the Saved and must do a new search on each of the cruises is really a big hassle and time consuming. I tried it on Chrome, Edge, and my Apple phone, all had the same error message. Thank you in advance for any inputs.
  11. So we get the Declare form from Guest Service on the Princess ship? And then fill it out on the ship and bring with us to show the officer on the way out from our ship for our excursion? Even if I am only bringing 1-2 small packaged cookies on shore that I bought in a prior NZ port?
  12. Thank you. Yes, I plan to buy it at my first NZ port so I can bring them for snacks for the next 2 NZ ports that I booked a full day excursion.
  13. We will be in Sydney one day before we embark on a 27 days Princess cruise from Sydney to L.A. We will not have any Australia ports, but will have 3 NZ ports. I don't want to deal with Customs when entering Sydney, so decided not to bring any snacks from the U.S. Plan to buy some packaged snacks in Sydney so can bring on shore to eat during our long excursions in NZ. Will we be allowed to bring those coconut bars off the ship in NZ. I heard so many posts saying we are not allowed to bring food off the ship during port visits.
  14. We are thinking of trying out the Harmony restaurant. Do you any pictures of food from your dinner in that restaurant? The portion is good size or tend to be small?
  15. Thank you. We will be on Majestic for the TransPacific crossing in April (27 days). We love soup noodles and looking forward to the Noodle Bar.
  16. Majestic is the only Princess ship that has the Noodle Bar, only I was curious if any good. Thank you.
  17. Have you had a chance to try the Noodle Bar? If so, many choices? Good? Open for lunch and dinner? Thanks.
  18. Thank you. Sounds like not much to see/do in Russell; maybe we will skip it and just hang out in Paihia.
  19. We booked it yesterday. April 27 - May 11, 2024. Yokohama to Anchorage.
