We just did this at Giovanni’s Table for lunch on Allure. They tried to say it only applies to a Glass at 20% off. I Politely showed them the discount from The D-plus List.They applied it. Example Bottle of Good Chanti $34 after Discount $21.It probably retails for $12 We also brought 2 bottles and get one free from D-Plus. Took them to dinner they served it no issues. Know what you are supposed to get from your status. They are not going to remind you of them. If they say no stick to your guns and insist that they give you what you are entitled to.

Just off Allure 11-20-2023 3 Day Bahamas. Comedy Club Was Excellent. Adult Comedy Show in Main Theatre was over the Top. Main Dining Staff Spot on. Park Cafe underwhelmed with Food. Best thing there was the Bagel. Stay away from the hockey puck Bacon,Egg and Cheese Biscuits. Bistro Cafe Staff just seamed overworked. Good selection in Windjammer was better. Bar staff and entertainment excellent. A fan of Disco Night, but time for something different. Let’s move forward a decade. I would sail Allure again just for the break from life.

Just off Allure Monday. Paid the new rate per Day. Only extra tips I gave were for my Diamond Drinks. Just include the tips in the cruise price already.

Today I converted an open booking that I purchased in Dec 2013 for a 2025 Greek isle/Split Cruise. My experience was excellent. I called C&A and from the start everything went smooth. They even got the onboard credit right as the booking was before they made the changes. The one thing that was off was the prepaid gratuity. I was going to prepay gratuities.They said it would be $84 pp for the seven days. I said that can’t be right for seven days. I think the system was applying the gratuity rate from 2013. The Rep was going to look into, but I told him not to as I did not want to risk messing up the booking. I know the current gratuity rates are going up. I am fine with that. The question I have is, (IF) the price goes down and I repriced , will I lose my onboard credit from the open booking. Are the rules for this booking different then current policy. The credit is $100 so if a good price reduction becomes available i would take it. Would be nice to keep the onboard credit though.

I would reason that the person’s that may be victims are most likely already known by the FBI, especially if you have a Passport. Just takes a Facial Recognition search. The ports are using it to clear custom and I am sure they have looked at or have possession of the ships database and ship card I’d picture of all onboard. Can you imagine calling the FBI and letting them know you were on the ship in the bathroom and then having to describe yourself to them. Easy way to confirm is them asking your name. They can then confirm from the database and the Facial recognition ID that you are probably a victim of the voyerisum. It’s a shame this happend.The suspect needs to be put away for a very long time in a federal prison that will…….. I will leave it at that.

We were on the March 19 Sailing. We went to same bar every night. Got to know the bar tenders. They did say that they were starting to go over the inspection they will be going through when they get to Miami. Not sure how that will effect boarding and B2B. Star link was running. Speed test from our room towards the back of ship was 4 to 5 mb up and down. The speed and connection was never really fast in our room entire trip.The speed towards the Centrum and more popular areas was in the 90 to 105 mb range. On disembarkation day it was almost impossible to stay or get connected. I think everyone was try to do boarding passes check flights ect. We did not plan any speciality restaurants. On my wife’s Birthday we wanted to book chops for a day of reservation. It was limited availability but was bookable for $53 U.S pp. We passed and went to our My Time Dining reservation. We each ordered the filet mignon at $19.99Came with sides it was just as good and half the price of going to Chops. Hope this helps with your decisions.

That’s how it was on Rhapsody on our March Sailing. When the device that exceeded the sign on limit tried to sign on it asked if we wanted to switch device. If you only purchase one 4 device package the username and password will be the same on all 4 devices. That is how it knows you exceeded the device limit. If you want separate user names and password you will have to purchase an account for each user name and password. We buy one package and use the D+ discount and share that until the last 48 hours. Then I create my own account and use my D+ benefit. We only by the package on the 7 night or longer cruise.

Just back from Rhapsody OTS. Filled form out same as you. Went through passport control showed QR Code from email. Then to baggage claim. Purchased two bottles of wine in Duty free shop in baggage claim area. Collected our luggage and went to exit through Customs. There are 2 lanes. One to declare and one for nothing to declare. I went towards the declare lane, which was empty. Guy at head of line asked if I had anything to declare. I said wine. He said I did not have and sent us to the nothing to declare lane. As said above don’t worry about the meds. As long as labeled should not be an issue.

I have several questions. 1. Did you notice a drink card being offered. Since this a port intensive Cruise we will not purchase the DBP. We each get 5 drinks and our excursions each day will have some beverages included. 2 Did you notice a High Security Presence in Trinidad. We have seen the State Department Warnings. Thus doing a Ship excursion. Did you have a chance to try the Bake N Shark? 3. Did you notice long lines for check in. We are in the 2 to 3pm time frame. Flying Same Day. 4 Is there a duty Free Shop in the Port. Did you notice wine Prices. 5 On boarding day we want to go out in the afternoon/evening. It has been reported all aboard time on Departure day is 8pm. Any answers you can give are appreciated. Loved your review.

Anyone know the all abord time for Rhapsody Of The Seas when Departing from Barbados. After check- in, mid afternoon. We want to walk over to Carlisle Bay for some Beach time and maybe watch the sunset. The Departure time is 10Pm.
