Correct, upper level suites are not affected. We are in an upper suite on the reflection and there are now 3 butlers servicing 27 suites. Sky Suites are now being taken care of from 2 retreat butlers that are stationed in Michael’s Club. We are doing another upper level suite on August 26th on the Edge and will let you know if there are any additional changes.

Had terrible sewer smell from jacuzzi tub for 8 days straight. Had maintenance out every day and finally resolved on day 8 of our 10 day cruise. Cruise was full so no other cabins available.

Has anyone had a significant problem with their cruise experience and been offered compensation in the form of a future cruise credit while onboard? Did you settle on board prior to the end of cruise or settle with Celebrity Shoreside?

Yes here, live here on the Reflection. But by the time you get here there may be nothing left! Lol

You basically have Aqua Class with priority boarding and access to Lumanie.

We are currently on the Reflection having a great time. Not a single complaint other than being not able to order from a speciality restaurant to our suite. We really don’t use our butler, I like to move so love to take a walk to cafe bachio or the closest bar to get a drink. Service for us has been over the moon. Very happy. Staff, service, food has been amazing. It brings tears to my eyes for the staff, amazing hardworking, kind, honest, trustworthy. We love the love and care they have given us. Feel right at home. We did have a major problem in our stateroom but anticipate the team will make it right.

It’s no longer about loyalty. It’s about the bottom line. Since bookings are sold out especially suites now it’s time to cut to maximize profits. Typical business model.

Love this one. I think it’s premium package, much better then the Channdon.

I agree had the Dover Sole 2 nights ago, was very dry.

Packed here aboard the Reflection today. Was a 40 minute wait to see a future cruise consultant.

It’s a pleasure.I really need an excuse to get moving as the pants are getting a little tight. We just had lunch at Lawn Club Grill and the burgers were delicious! Our favourite is still Murano!

Yes, I agree with everything above but unfortunately times are changing particularly for Sky Suite guests especially when it comes to keeping mini bar stocked….

Yes, there are 2 retreat team butlers in Michael’s Club including the amazing bar tender Cranston. Yes, afternoon tea is served daily in Michael’s Club. The Charcuterie board was send without us asking. Upper suites have not been affected from the cutbacks other than being able to order from specialty restaurants to your stateroom from our experience so far. Not a big deal for us but was nice to have as an option to order in when you don’t feel like going out.

Everything is great, excellent service all around like usual. Yes bar is being replenished daily and have been receiving a nice Charcuterie Board daily with fresh cut flowers. Have not ordered anything from room service after trying to order from a speciality restaurant. We are in an upper suite so have not been affected by the changes noticed by sky suites guests.

Yes, correct also door tags that can be filled out for breakfast the next morning.

I heard from staff on our current cruise on the Reflection the cut from 9 butlers to 3 butlers on this ship was determined by seniority. The Butlers that had positions that were eliminated were moved to other departments. Not sure if this had any layoffs further down the line as a result of this change.

I’m sorry to report that since there are no longer dedicated butlers for Sky Suites the only room service available will be from calling room service from your stateroom.

Will let you know regarding the perks in an edge villa as we are sailing in one at the end of this month.
