Nothing is 'free' on a cruise. Either it is included with your original fare (i.e., you paid for it upfront), or there is an up charge for it.

Same here for our Apr '24 sailing. Voom will probably come back down before then. Regardless, we're only doing Voom. The Key is still not worth the cost for us, either way.
