  1. @superomai have been trying to renew mine for months. First you needed an appointment now says go to office. I live close to a major Service Canada. How long were you in the office? Did you get your photo in advance or do it there? Thanks for info.
  2. Any Canadians know if we can get gift cards?
  3. I would question that discount. I received it every time I used my card. It showed on my statement.
  4. Yes. I asked about that but didn’t. To me it would depend the amount purchased for your card. Mine was $250.00 enough for my coffees and margaritas.
  5. Beverage cards can be used for any drink. Unused amount is credited at the end of cruise. I prefer them
  6. My first “cruise” was on the Empress of France Liverpool to Montreal. 1953. Got me cruising.
  7. @Kate45purchases billed in U.S. Only purchase I found billed in Can. Is the future deposit. We get ripped off. Example bottle of liquor in Can liquor store $41.00. Same on board U.S.$70.00. Same bottle on board 2 yrs ago was $40.00us.
  8. The soda machine on the K has been out of service for months. The bar will fill your supplied insulated cup for you.
  9. @StLouisCruisersnever mind tripping over the darling pet. Use a flashlight so you don’t step on a deposit he,she left for you.
  10. Just give me the coffee maker, mine was confiscated years ago.
  11. Yes. My six bottle was billed Half price in January. Ordered at dinner table first night.
  12. Always paid half price for wine packages since becoming 4* years ago. I have taken bottles to my cabin from the dining room.
  13. Actually you are correct. Need to set the alarm. Thanks.
  14. Hummm. Getting ready to wheel my garbage bin to the street I slipped a foot into a shoe and there was something in it. My dear fur ball had deposited his dinner into it. Yuck. Trying to figure what he is getting even for. Have a good one and adjust your clock this weekend.
  15. @auntmegthe advantage with the soda card, $50.00 soda for $25.00. Yes it was fountain soda but it lasted on my trans pacific cruise. Last year I purchased beverage card and the soda charged to the card was 6 small SMALL cans $20.00. Ridiculous.
  16. The soda card has not been available for a few years. I miss it.
  17. correction, not 1979, 1999. Whoops.
  18. Bingo and game prizes, coffee mugs, water bottle slings, pins, vynal documents folders, craft scrap books, my favorite prize from 1979 a battery operated folding alarm clock. It has been with me on more than 20 Holland cruises. Oh, memories.
  19. I live quite close to the Oreo factory. Oh yeah, they do have an outlet store.
  20. Bingo used to be fun. Games such as write a poem describing the person calling, silly games, prizes, coffee mugs, ,magnets, ect. Now it’s buy cards, sit down, listen, leave. Nothing interactive. Boring.
  21. My first solo cruise. On the Eurodam, in our favorite cabin, walked through the room onto the balcony, took a selfy and said “honey I’m home”.
