    They said last night would be the worst snow fall this winter. They were correct. Snow fell as thunder and lightning hit the sky. Most snow I have seen in my yard.

    Growing up in England never heard of peanut butter. Married a Canadian, Have 3 Canadian children who wanted peanut butter and jam sandwiches for lunch everyday, still can’t stand the smell of it.

    Sorry to contradict but recently on the K I found the shower to be very small width wise. Also the floor was quite slippery. I asked for a rubber shower mat. There was a folding seat. The bathroom itself is much smaller than the older, Eurodam etc, Other than that, a great ship.

    The sun deck above the sea view pool, love it. Pretty empty, great sea view, relaxing, quiet , my secret (don’t tell anybody) I have my own shade, my always with me folding umbrella.

    Agree the seats in the lido need replacing. They are disgusting.

    With cork already on the bottom I have seen no condensation. Mine are on glass tables. All 36 of them.

    I was surprised when one bartender just washed it without asked.

    Easy to wash with hot water and soap in your bathroom, just like at home. Or the bar tender will wash it for you. Not a problem.

    I had adjoining cabin in K last month. No noise. I asked if they could hear my TV, they had wondered that the cabin was empty. Being new to that ship I asked for printed deck plans, told they would be delivered to my room. Did not get them, but soon found my way around. Enjoyed the ship.

    An older gentleman working in the lido stopped my to look at my lanyard pins. He removed his gold pin from his shirt and gave it to me. It was a customer service crew member at the desk told me it it was given for service earned. He did not have one.

    I paid my account on board in full with cash. Now my credit card statement list a charge. Came through Holland America Vancouver. ?????

    My issue with the navigator statement app is before a certain year it says not available because someone else paid. ‘Excuse me, I’m the only one to pay HAL Bills, in cash. since my first cruise. And that’s been only with HAL. will that “someone else please come forward.”

    We were given plastic card holders on a lanyard. The waiters just asked for name and or room number.
