  1. Agree. Did B4B last month and on one Leg 85 staying on, none wore a Mask. Shoot week they ended Masking requirement less then 1/3 Shore Workers had them on and under 10% passengers were wearing one during Cruise, was prob less then 5%. Nobody was avoiding Crowded Elevators, sitting close in Theaters or SL/DL's
  2. Agree with WindJammer, fill a Plate & take back to Cabin, this is better way. I eat at least 1/3 my Meals from there in my Room this way
  3. About a week for my 4 Cruises last Month, but as said already need show it at Pier anyway. Daughters Family same Cruise took about 2 weeks
  4. Agree, and nothing new. 20+ yrs ago Family Dining 6pm and would drop them off at AO at 7pm
  5. Just going by what was on my last 4 Royal Cruises inc last Month. Think it's for 18-20 non-drinkers, younger Teens get together in their Club, 21 and over can Drink. On Planner was listed the 18-20 would meet Sea Days on Sports Deck is one places I saw
  6. Have seen those on my last Cruises, but it was 18-20.
  7. Agree, I was either only Guy or one other. This at Evening or Single Luncheons. Even though don't attend I always peek in
  8. True, Cruises PreCV average was above 108%. That said 45 Cabins were Blocked/Walled off in the so called CV section on Jewel all of April
  9. Actually Benefited from few these Royal/IT price mistakes. Best was few yrs ago when many other's on here had to cancel Bookings or Pay lot more when Royal found out, they missed mine. So errors in pricing and who doesn't matter to me, long as it's always in my favor 😁 ...and I'm cheap always pack my own Cabin Fridge with Drinks I bring, doing that for 35yrs now.
  10. Daughters done it twice since restart, last time was Easter. She tested, stayed in Cabin for 24hrs when they Tested her again. After the 2 Negatives she can return to normal Cruise Fun
  11. Thats true! 35+ yrs ago going on 7nite Cruise was Formal, Semi/Smart Casual at Dinner. Traveled with 2 Suits, a Sport Coat, 5 Slacks, 7 white T's, 7 Dress Sox, 3 Dress/Casual Shoes, 7 Ties, 2-3 Belts AND the only Stuff I bring on Cruise now. Wife would have one Medium size Suitcase for her slinky Dresses and I'd have Largest one along with overstuffed Garment Bag. Now I only need a Medium size Suitcase, no Dress up for me anymore
  12. Agree, choice is fine. Mom a High Risk still wear hers everywhere. Week after Mandate ended onshore 1/3 Workers wearing them, less then 10% Passengers had them on anytime during Cruise. Was nice after wearing Mask on way down Air, Cab, Terminal then after my B4B not needed anywhere on way Home inc none of Flight Crew
  13. Though it can be Hit and Miss, few my Sailings the Connecting were Cheaper. Royal IT, Consistently Inconsistent. Like with any Cabin watch for price drops, worth effort when get one
  14. Agree. My Daughter had Sinus Infection, even knew that going talk to Dr. These are Common with her and she got Zpack, all no charge. She assumed right 24hr Hold in Cabin and after 2nd CV Neg Test returned to normal receiving $$$ for that downtime. Times we live in, no biggie
  15. Very rare a get Refundable, many times it's $300, $450 or even higher on my $450 Deposit. I'll take the $100 hit if do Change over that any day. Few Cruises I Booked in resent yrs where the Refundable was cheaper then Non, that's Royal IT for you
  16. Was surprised when on Jewel that Deck wasnt signed for Suite only like have seen before on Serenade and Brilliance.
  17. Same here, couple times. Just depends who is checking and yes they were held
  18. Did previous 3 Cruises on Jewel with no issues! Full Staff, Great Service and Food!
  19. 15yrs everything I charged went on my Acct and everything my Wife Charged went on My Acct
  20. 25-30+ years ago by Pool and on open Decks there was small table for every 2 Lounge Chairs, was handy to eat there and it spread out the Chairs some. On Sea Days Royal cook up Barbecue Lunch by the Pool. Also miss the Food Trays WJ use to have...
  21. As said I just got off Jewel myself the 29th, one my better Cruises. No waiting, Staff was Fantastic. Daughter and Grand Daughter were on with me threw Easter agree
  22. Great Question! Mother is 2 time Cancer Survivor, has scars from Brain Surgery and is more self conscious then needs to be but I always support HER decisions!
