I know this has been asked before, but I cant find it with the search option. If I have 200 in OBC for shore excursions, does that have to be used specifically for excursions, or does it go into the general pot.?

Looks like this is the marina day on Seabourn. Only one excursion offered. Much to do on the island, or just beach and snorkeling day?

So it’s basic fare with no perks added?

I just booked my first Cunard via my TA website. The rate was EXCL Benefit 2024 fleet. I put in my Princess number as the last time I was told Cunard uses the princess number also. I am Platinum on Princess. Does that matter, or is it just for record keeping?

I found it good for email. To do any surfing, I had to got somewhere in the middle of the ship like Ill bacio cafe to get a better signal.

Right now I have three scheduled. 5/27/23-6/16/23 Sojourn Riviera Romance and Tyrrhenian Treasures. 20 nights. This is a combination cruise. Not sure what the segments are. 8/6/23-8/20/23 Encore. Treasures of the Holy Land. Two 7 days back to back. showing sold out, but both 7 day segments seem to be available. 10/11/23-11/5/23 Encore Mediterranean Intrigue 25 nights. This one is several combined also. It’s a lot, but our passion was travel, and so it goes.

I am sorry for your loss. I lost my partner of 30 years one year ago. I did an Alaskan cruise 6 months after his death as we had to cancel our Seabourn cruise. Every night I was invited to a hosted table. I did not go every night, but I got an invitation to a table. I met many people at the observation bar. I have several more Seabourn cruises scheduled this year. One more suggestion is that you review the list of solo cruises on the website. Solo cruise only charge 1.5 as the single supplement. Many lines just double the fair. What I have found out is that when booking one of these cruises, it is around the same or slightly higher than let’s say a HAL cruise once you add HSC, drinks, internet, etc. Our passion was travel. I will continue the travel for both of us as hard as it is.

I am on the Ovation march 30 leaving from Barbados. We leave at 11 pm. Although no embarkation time has been assigned, what has been the experience?. Did you board early . What embarkation times were assigned. I will be in Barbados the day prior, so would like to embark the ship around lunch time.

My booking is a 14 night cruise. I have to believe there are too few suites available for sale on the 14 night cruise.

I booked the Encore from August 6 to August 20th in and out of Athens. Yesterday it showed sold out. Today it is gone from the site. They are selling the first 7 days, and the 21 day that has my itinerary in the 21 nights. Both leave Athens on August 6. Perhaps they sold too many cabins and took it dow till they figured it out. Any thoughts.

Since I just got back from another 5 night cruise. X charged me only $20 for the bag. Even though the card said only on cruises over 12 nights.

Got a form that states cruise must be 12 nights before you get the discounted bag. I am looking forward to my free scoop of gelato.

Also was told as a select member you dont get the discounted bag unless the cruise is 12 nights or more. Had to pay per piece. $60 for wrinkled clothes.

I have used laundry on Seabourn, Holland America, and Princess. Bags of laundry come back neatly folded with dress shirts and slacks pressed and on hangers. Did a bag of laundry on the Reflection this week. Came back in one laundry bag. Dress shirts, polos, and khakis were just folded and stuffed in the laundry bag. I will have to hang the dress shirt, polos, and khakis in the bathroom and run the shower on hot to remove all the wrinkles. Wish I had known. Would have waited till I got home. Celebrity’s laundry is just laundry.

Santorini is my favorite place on earth. I would at least go for one night. Watch the sunset over the caldera while sipping Greek wine. I am going for three nights at the end of my Seabourn cruise later this year. Flights are cheap and only 55 minutes.

The deep blue extras check in kiosk has a computerized list with deep blue extras.

We did a Connection once in CDG. I think it was 1.5 hours. No one spoke English. No one was helpful. We got to the gate as the lights were flashing. We took our seats and the doors closed. Never again. This was pre pandemic when things were normal.

As a single cruiser, I am taking more and more with Seabourn even though I am 5 stars with HAL. HAL just doubles the fare. Seabourn has single supplement of 1.5 on many sailing. When I calculate sailing with HAL or Seabourn, many times the end price is the same with Seabourn. Have three scheduled this year. That is when you add HSC, drinks, wifi to HAL.

My cruise in November had $700 in loot. Bought tshirts, flip flops, candles, shampoo, coffee beans at the coffee shop. Made great stocking stuffers for Christmas.

They just added the deep blue extras to my January cruise. Minus the Moët champagne this time. I cruised in November, and the rep said it was only for 2022, but i used the link and it was added. i dont see the $100 drink credit yet.

I was wondering when the next event was. OBC seems to be a thing of the past.

I called Seabourn , and the air department updated it over the phone.

Did seabourn ever correct the info. I have no way of looking at my flight on the website.
