Just added Princess Platinum for a cruise next February, so they haven't discontinued it yet. But it is not available in Quebec or BC for some reason.

Thanks so much for the picture @Cruise Raider. JMHO, but I'll use my Casual credits elsewhere.

When we visited Mahogany Bay with Princess, they offered a lot of excursions to the beach that's right there (ie Clamshells, Relax on the Beach, Chairlift, etc) and a lot of other options elsewhere. To compare, Princess has 38 excursions while HAL has just 16, and none of those 16 are for Mahogany Bay Beach itself. We'll be in Roatan next March. An NCL ship is there the same day, but they arrive two hours after our HAL ship docks. So it's doubtful that that cruise line would have the "monopoly" for the beach, right? Is it likely that some Mahogany Bay Beach excursions will be added?

Can I ask, what did you think of dinner there? 😊

If Alfredo's said you had BOTH used one meal, then they definitely did NOT allow sharing which is unfortunate but not surprising. The concept of a cover charge just confuses the issue I think.

I expected that... hopefully they'll figure out how to put it on the app for pre-booking.

The Indonesian dinner sounds very interesting. We’ve got a B2B on the Eurodam in March and there is one night in each leg where the Tamarind is unavailable to reserve. I’m assuming it will be for the new Morimoto pop-up, but that Indonesian dinner would be a lovely surprise!

Thanks so much Todd... but I was kinda hoping it wasn't that big and that the pool and beach weren't that far apart. But we could maybe set up together by the pool and I could hit the beach when I want?

@TTEllis you're such a Marriott fan, hoping you can give me some 1st hand info? DH is not a beach fan, but loves a good pool. I, on the other hand, love a good beach. At the Marriott are the two close enough that we could enjoy a day separately, but still together? Hope that makes sense....
