seems it is a poular choice, l but I am not sure why people order pizza on cruises..it just isn't like Italy, NY, NJ, Chicago or any hometown pizza. Even Fla pizza is better! best is home made...

Titles like the one for this thread can start bad rumors! We actually read that things are improving although some nights better than others....pasta and tilapia not great offerings but always something that's good! We disliked the Luminae menu and food on BEYOND..BLU was so much better! Fresher shrimp, warm bread and rolls...great selection. So not everyone will agree!

Take extra allergy pills, , use saline nasal spray..and use water pitchers to add humidity.. not sure if they would allow a table top air purefier?? We have them in use to combat bad air quality from Canada fires and ozone issues. Could you bring a few uv lightbulbs?? I am not familar with this approach but we are constantly fight dust!

We were gullible & tried one these "so called" health seminars. A.close rel had cancer and we thought we might gain some healthy insights. We were crammed into a small " classroom" and it became clear that it was a heavy duty sales pitch for some type of seaweed capsules..pricey and more than a one shot. Towards the end quite a few of us started to drift out..without making a purchase, the sales reps got quite huffy and said we were insulting them by not making a purchase.... We would never attend any of these again..false pretenses to sell sell sell!

Guess it pays to shop around carefully! Glad we had the Retreat experience once.with the Butler.( used fcc from cancelled cruises over Covid period). We are happily going back to AQ Class Ascent 2024),; and a Sunset Veranda( Apex 2025) with 4 mdrs on E Class. Prices are definitely UP..For Ascent in Jan. for a 7 day Carib itin, we have a Prime AQ cabin (location makes it Prime?). We booked by calling Celeb. After the NRD and other disc it comes to about $4960 for 2 with grats, classic bev, $200 OBC internet we do not need . Deposit was $500.. We have to take the NRD now due to pricing of. Refundable...but will also buy pvt cruise ins. We have already booked prepaid excusions, spa and salon appts and several specialty dining res. Due to pricing and our budget, this will be our ONLY cruise for the yr unless a bargain shows up from Tampa port.. have not checked current pricing but we are satisfied with our deal.

Royal C is best esp for young kiddos..Oasis had a nice kiddie play area and a carousel and fun stuff for kids .Get one large cabin or small suite..NO balcony for safety reasons.

only had a suite once..just recently to use up our cancelled cruise credits.. our Butler and her asst(?) were very attentive and at times over attentive.. The few things we needed could be arranged at Guest Rel or with the Concierges in the Retreat area who were very helpful. a top notch room attendant would serve the same purpose as tge Butler....but then rates should be reduced accordingly..

Is the bar area on port side? so the stench and vapings will go into the public hallway??? bad thinking!

Are they open like that all the time..or is the bunk folded up by day. Looks a bit cramped!

Times are tough...prices for fish in NY and Fla are through the roof, probably for cruise lines too. We have seen much Tilapia menu creep! Not a fish we would eat! Also pasta is nice as an appetizer or salad but not an upscale entree item.. This week ..we are headed to Outback..steak and snowcrab special! Good prices!

We agree. .We got our Suite / Retreat on BEYOND by using up all our deferred FCCs. Glad we did it..always wanted to try a suite but other than the larger cabin and priority on and off..not worth it for us. We did not care for LUMINAE menu or layout and thought the Retreat loung was wasted space. a The outdoor retreat area was lovely but crowded other than on port days and " taken over" by various groups. Did not really need a butler to pamper us! We enjoy E class ships..Our sweet spot on X has always been AQ Class ..and if those are priced too high a Sunset Ver is nice too with the 4 mdrs.. no reason yet to switch cruise lines unless the VAPING becones pervasive!

beautiful.. Years and years ago...we stayed at a Holiday Inn (corner suite) on top of the big hill overlooking the fort.. great views. Years later we saw it was razed..not sure what replaced it?

yes 2 sep issues, but some folks have had to forego their trips due to months long Passport delays. Glad we are sticking close to home these days..travel not as easy as it used to be, esp as we get older!

so has this other "agent" taken over the booking? Perhaps your TA can sort this out and maybe your mom should not do chats or website anymore...just for safety and security!
