No, the front 16 cabins on Vista deck do not have the double depth balcony that the 2c's one deck below have. We never once heard a sound from the theater (and I was worried about that.).

We had one of these last Dec. on the Summit. The cabin is exactly the same size as all the other 2c cabins. The veranda is just about twice the size though. We got our room steward to bring us 2 loungers. We also had the usual 2 chairs and small table and there was plenty of room. The other advantage is that since it is forward there is very little foot traffic in the hallway. We will always try to book one of the cabins from now on!! Since they are the cheapest of the balcony cabins they are the best value around. You will love it!!!

Grace--the balconies are all the same size. We were in 6035 last winter and we loved that oversize balcony!!!

You are exactly right. We were in 6035 and we just loved it!!! DH had his shade and I had my sun.

For the money you can't beat the verandas on the "sweet sixteen". These are the eight 2c cabins at the forward end of deck six on the M class ships. The balcony is exactly twice the depth of all other cabins. We had two loungers, two chairs and a table on ours with room to spare. Also, it is a very quiet place to be since there is so little traffic. We will always reserve one of these cabins from now on.

Yes-the 2C cabins with the double size balconies are 6030 down to 6016 on the Starboard side and 6035 down to 6021 or the Port side. I am really thrilled that we discovered this and could book one. I know that being all the way forward means a lot of walking for us but, with all the food we plan to eat, the exercise will be good for us:p

We have gone for it!!! It really does seem to us to be the best balcony "deal" around. Since this is for a cruise to Hawaii, I think it will get a lot of use from us.

Changed our cabin on the Summit from 7049 to 6035 after finding the pics of the double depth balconies. I know that the cabin above can look down on the front half but feel that is a small price to pay for the extra space. Anyone else stayed in one of these forward cabins?

The "sweet 16" cabins are 2C balcony cabins, not CC. The cabins are the same size as all balcony cabins but the veranda is twice the size. We loved it!!! No CC perks though.
