  1. @Momof3gurlzThank you for sharing your weekend pictures of NYC and your wonderful activities. Picture of the tree are beautiful!
  2. Dani, your husband is so very talented in so many fields of art! Thank you for sharing! Happy Hanukkah you both and to all of our friends on our thread who celebrate!
  3. Happy Birthday wishes for your SIL. Enjoy your festivities with your family, Mark. I hope you and Susan have a happy, relaxed day with your family. 🙏For your daughter, always.
  4. We're in our way to CT for our "Cousins Christmas". Our daughters and family will all be there, with the exception of our oldest grandson Chris. He has his last final Monday night at Villanova. He will be missed..it changes every year. Next year 3 of our grandchildren will be in College. Beautiful day for traveling. Have a great day everyone!
  5. Yeah. We try to make something "healthier" to eat...low fat just doesn't "cut" it. Sorry it didn't work out that way!😔
  6. Welcome to Cruise Critic! I'll be getting on Liberty the day you disembark.
  7. Sad as it is, "swift" or in your sleep is the best way to go.😔 My mom said the same thing to us after my dad died from his injuries on the job. We didn't have much money back in 1981 when my dad passed, but we began saving, thanks to a friend who worked in a bank...she opened accounts for the 30 of us who began planning on going on a cruise. It was our very first cruise, back in 1982, on the SS Norway. Dad passed at the age of 61, mom, at the age of 92, but her last 10 years or so weren't good. She had had 2 strokes; after the second one, she lived in a Nursing Home, and eventually had some dementia. I sure hope I go fast when it's time for me to leave this earth..
  8. I am so sorry, Sue. My sincere condolences to you and your cousin. Losing a child is the worst..my nephew died at the age of 32, and our best man lost his son at the age of 17 due to a horrific accident. Our friends joined a group for grieving parents, which has helped some. My sister, unfortunately, chose not to go that route.😢
  9. I'm just glad this Season didn't follow through with the racial tones of the past two Seasons! Survivor must've gotten a lot of backlash over that...
  10. Great review, Barb! Thank you for taking us along!
