FYI, you can do a status match on MSC to a large number of hotel and cruise companies (including old Crystal) but no airlines. Once you have your MSC number, have your TA apply it to your Explora booking. Various upgrades and shipboard credits etc may be yours.
Thanks for posting about the MSC status match. I matched to my Hyatt Globalist status. The next morning I received my Diamond notification. My TA provided Explora my status number. Two days later I received notice of a 2 category upgrade + 500 euros shipboard credit.
The conversion was during the crossing from California to Asia. Construction started when the ship left California and was completed and the restaurant opened before we got to Asia.
