that is a violation. as discussed in earlier posts the issue is the embarkation and disembarkation port. you are going from balitmore to new york without going to a distant foreign port of call. quebec city is not a distant foreign port of call. only the abc islands qualify as distant foreign port of call

The US state department, that department that issues passports just put out a travel warning to not to travel to Isreal. Norwegian will make changes to the cruise and these changes will take time to complete. i am not surprised that happen. I sometimes have to submit my request multiple times. it seems to be luck of the draw on if you get a decent qualify person at ncl hq that knows what they are doing. this also applys to the call center staff. sometimes you need to call back a few times to get the correct answer with a person that has lots of knowledge

hopefully they do not removed the aft lounge on deck 9 like what they did on the elation

i had been on cruises where the color can change in the weeks leading up to the cruise. one day the website will show me red luggage tags and then as the cruise date gets closer the tag changed to orange. same cabin, same deck, same cabin location everything is the same except for the color

most likely an error on the website, ncl is not the greatest at having the latest updated information and there is also a lot of HQ and ship miscommunication problems onboard the ship expect your reservation to be canceled and new shows to be put in place

The best you are going to find with carnival is like 10-25% off a package bundled with something else. like you need to purchase a shore excursion and wifi package to get that discount its rare to see a % off a specific thing like wifi only or photo package, etc

you are good to go. there is nothing to do yes your friends will use their own dinning credit. towards the end of dinner, the waiter will ask for everyone room key. when they swipe the cards each person dinning credit will be in the system
