this seems like the classical problem of not booking things in the correct order.
cancel all of your reservations and then when you reboook it make sure you do moderno/Teppanyaki first and then all others last
There is one formal night on a 5 day cruise:
The first “Cruise Elegant” evening is scheduled for the second or third evening of the cruise
most likely it will be on a sunday
as per the terms and conditions of the shore excursion credit, that is normal
Please see additional restrictions below:
For port calls in Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye, the promotion and $50 Shore Excursion Credit does not apply to equipment rentals.

this is normal. make your reservation for a party of 2. that is how it is suppose to be done. at the restaurant they will sit you at a regular table for 2. this is the only table size they have.
and you only use one voucher you still keep the other voucher for another restaurant
my next cruise in march that says platinum on it, i have another cruise in june that says priority again
its very strange that one cruise says priority, other says platinum
i guess it could be port specific?
no extra time in Bermuda, the day will be a a day
the way the bermuda runs used to be back in the day was 2 sea days there and 1 sea day back to new york
these port calls to virginia was added in and and since they were introduced the ships have not be stopping here that much
i had a similar problem exactly one year ago. i email my info like 3 times, snail mail my request twice and still nothing.
Lucky for me out of no where i got a cold call with a random PCC asking me to book a future cruise. told them i was not interested. that random PCC then email me with their contact info. i reply back the difficulties i had with submitting shareholder request and and included the case numbers of all of the requests. eventfully i got the shareholder benefit added to my cruise. what a pain that was
thats very strange. that is now how it suppose to work. in the various emails they sent it said everything will be transferred over to the venezia
then again with the way how carnival handled this ship switch and from my experience with getting a cabin downgrade, nothing surprises me at all now
Look at what is happening with Crystal cruises. they went bankrupt, ships got sold and then a new company took over. when ships can not be sold, they can always be sent to the scrap yard that net about the same amount of money as selling
