@BennyBrun Did you ride the Aqua Duck? We thought it was fun. I totally forgot about the dinner and show schedule. I'll be curious what you think about the disembarkation breakfast schedule. We skipped breakfast that day because of an earlier flight. The Dream certainly does look beautiful decorated for Christmas holiday! Thanks for sharing your pictures! So was the internet on the Dream even worse than Oasis this past June?

Thanks for the pictures so far. Looks very magical at Christmas! Make sure you don't miss the fireworks on Pirate night! We were lucky to view those from our aft balcony to avoid crowds. LOL!

Another item Royal Caribbean could benefit having onboard. My family was on the DREAM once years ago. It was so great. My girls and I were supposed to go back in 2020, but it wasn't meant to be. Now they seem to be disinterested for a Disney cruise.

I read that Disney was going back to in person Muster Drills. That first day buffet looked fabulous!

I prefer Coco Cay's pool and amusement park atmosphere as some of you have called it...:-) But I do like the Dragon's Coaster on Labadee and last time I was at Labadee I walked the trails and enjoyed seeing the "ruins". Whether it be real ruins or made to look like ruins. It was a different and cool experience. So peaceful.

Oh, this isn't until June 2023! I was trying to save $50 per person by canceling and re booking at the lower price. Hope it worked!

If you are a Crown and Anchor member call that number 800-526-9723 and stay on line to speak to someone. They took my reservations when website was down and told me that they saw my daughter's excursion reservation on their end when I did not see it in the planner. THEY made the reservation for me, screwed up by adding the wrong party, then amended the excursion reservation. When I tried to add her again (because that is the *1* thing she wanted to do all week), I could not because system said she already had that excursion even though planner said nope. Might give you peace of mind.

I have something similar. Cruise planner not showing my daughter’s excursion. The order history states “modified”. I called directly to make this cancellation and change. Staff person mistakenly added my husband to the excursion instead of my daughter so they had to cancel him and add her. I called back inquiring about my daughters excursion when I saw it not in the planner or order history and C&A said it was there. I have email confirmations of all of this and my credit card is pending the right amount. Try this … try adding the excursions and people that you know you booked in the planner. When I did this to try and add my daughter, there was an error that said something like “ you already are booked for this excursion at this time.” so weird.

I saved $183 on my Alaskan excursions. After a bunch of frustration with the site, I called to get excursions cancelled and rebooked. My daughter’s excursion is not showing In calendar as purchased, but when I tried to add her today it said she already had the excursion. I did get an email confirmation and a pending charge so here’s hoping.

I got 1 and replied. I too was hesitant, but in a good mood since I got my Black Friday deals by calling Royal directly.

Just call and ask what the current price is for whatever excursion you need. I had an idea, but didn't have the exact amount in front of me. Rep said price is $. Do you want to book?

I wanted to thank you all who told me to call Crown and Anchor. I only dealt with excursions as I only need soda package and internet and I'll book those later when the website is back up. The price differences were meh. But I was able to cancel and rebook my Alaskan excursions and save $183! Also got Water Park for a "cheaper price" for the April cruise. ($73 pp isn't CHEAP, but it was $133 pp!) I have all of my email confirmations. Just make sure you look at the confirmations as they come through. There was an error on 1 of mine and I caught it before I got off the phone. She had to cancel that person's reservation and re book with the correct person. She could not just swap names on an existing reservation.

The excursions I wanted are for cruises in 2023. Only my cruise for next month is showing up in app, but I am not touching that and screwing things up more. I did check credit card and nothing is pending as charged or refunded thank goodness. I would rather keep my Alaskan excursions at the prices I had than have them refunded and then sold out.

I agree this is so frustrating. Test your database before releasing updates! But I suppose my work database in healthcare only has 16 hits at a time not thousands!

Yeah the soda price is a disappointment. But Water Park tickets are half of what Royal was stating before today for my cruises and so I want to grab those. Maybe later...

Same here. I tried to cancel my existing excursions and save a ton, nope I can't. Tried to purchase new stuff , nope, credit card error. This was over multiple cruises and after logging out and back in. So frustrating!

Oh that now too. Can't get anything new either! Credit card error, enter numbers again, same error.

Well I have just tried to cancel my existing excursions to rebook at a lower price and Royal keeps telling me "error, try again"! UGH! Anyone else having that problem with existing excursions?

I too got the email, but my soda packages and internet have not dropped. Actually a few excursions I booked yesterday were cheaper than they are today!

I hear you! I went in and checked on the prices of my currently booked cruises. ALL but the Dec 2023 one were more. The Alaskan cruise was charging for 1 cabin ( 2 people) what I paid for for 2 cabins (4 people) back in April.

I look everyday. I have an Alaskan cruise and new excursions show up in general, but I have a list with prices and already I have saved without it being Black Friday. Excursions can be tricky because they can sell out and luckily I don't have an excursion with my whole party, so if I see a lower price I pretend to sign someone up to see if there are spots to cancel and rebook.

Thank you Windjammer. If you had lavish cakes each day, I would have to be buying stretchy pants to wear towards the end of the cruise! LOL

Hi! I have done 3 solo cruises so far and I was around 40 when I went on the 5 night cruise. My next 2 were week long cruises and I was older. I never had a problem with people, especially on my week long cruises. Of course I rarely sat in 1 place long enough for anyone to bother me I guess. I'm always up and moving. It is actually 1 of the reasons I do cruise myself. I drive my husband and teens crazy that I can't just sit. Just wanted to say do what makes you feel comfortable, but don't be discouraged from cruising solo!
