  1. GuestRelations and World_cruise_reservations are 2 that I use to check status if not showing in my profile. They probably go to the same mailbox. 🤣
  2. Have your TA revise the booking printout. Not sure why but mine had to get a supervisor to check a box to apply the OBC and they resent me the revised statement which then showed the additional OBC.
  3. The late 2025 September sailings for the West/Pacific will probably come out last (mid Winter) possibly as marketing for "wave season" . The "rumored" Grand Asia will need a ship so I would imagine HAL is still working to shuffle the Zaandam, Volendam and Nordaam itineraries as needed.
  4. You can try but they may say no it's after booking. But being so close you may get lucky. There is no consistency how they apply it. I initially got an email rejecting and also got one approving (I usually send email to 2 different places just to see). Same with stock approval, the first email said approved and second email said they need more info (I went with the first which showed in my revised statement). So it's a toss up.
  5. Yes. The narrow deck and lack of loungers are some of the disappointing changes on Pinnacle ships (along with the tenders blocking the view). Here is what the new loungers look like on Eurodam, also disappointing compared to the teak look, but at least they have them.
  6. Haven't tried Starlink but before you would have drop spots in the S Pacific, more so further South you go. You may have to delay responding to emails one day. Also you may find that you you cannot get connection in your room (depending on location) so finding where the boosters and routers are placed to get close to may be necessary. Also time of day may cause issues if everyone is using the bandwidth at same time so finding when use is less busy might help (not necessarily early or late as everyone has the same idea).
  7. Depends on days. Ours was $50 for 11 days and then got $30;off for Mariner discount.
  8. If it's 1 booking your OBC continues. Make sure at guest services onboard because they will be the final answer but can flag your account (which you and other B2B passengers should already be tracked).
  9. A little late at that point. 🤣 Usually your PCC or TA can tell you. If you are booking yourself there will be 2 options to book one is usually HIA and the other may say non refundable deposit when you choose your fare. You may have to call PCC or TA to get pricing for refundable non HIA bookings or other special options.
  10. Have him send you an email and bring that onboard. Things change once you board (or things get forgotten). 🤔
  11. We did 11 day last month and HIA included standard wifi. The precruise discount is usually for premium wifi and priced the same as standard onboard. So the discount is usually better. However once onboard we got notified that premium was only $50 additional for the 11 days. They reduced it $30 for Mariners discount so the upgrade onboard after HIA was $20. The price for standard wifi in HIA was $111 so we paid $131 for premium wifi after all said and done. Not sure what they would say if you paid for wifi independently and then asked to upgrade but to me prepaid HIA shouldn't be any different that you preparing prior to boarding.
  12. For an extra charge you can get another entree.
  13. Check to see if it's a charter cruise.

    Eggs

I've had egg white omelets made in Lido but not sure if they had spray as they used oil for the pan but I would think they have spray of asked.
  15. Our FCC and FCD show expiration dates when we log into the website and look at them. Did they not show up in your profile?
  16. HAL always let's you transfer to your own TA after booking but it's usually done with a form that the TA and customer sign to agree to the transfer terms. If you've ever booked a cruise with an onboard future cruise consultant, it's then transferred to your own TA. Both the onboard consultant gets credit and your TA gets credit, which mine provides me a nice discount and/or OBC. So while you can look at it as my TA didn't do a thing, but it's the way HAL works (there is a time limit and some restrictions).
  17. As others have said, Navigator is mostly used for onboard "intranet" activity when connected to ships network. I've always had trouble using Navigator prior to boarding, except opening boarding passes, as it doesn't sync well with what is done online website from the laptop/computer. Try to book using computer and print your itinerary so it shows everything you've booked (dinner, spa, excursions, etc) for each day. If you then get onboard and Navigator is not synced, try guest services.
  18. They did a few weeks ago on Eurodam. I am sure they will. It may just be other passengers getting together in one of the rooms as I haven't seen a rabbi onboard except for Grand Voyages.
  19. We did a Lyft/Uber and the driver knew the routine (everyone gets out your photo ID at the gate) and where to go. You can find which terminal the ship is at prior to going and the road is well marked to where to go for which ship. We were dropped off right at the luggage porters (as directed by the street patrols).
  20. We had carrot cake in a jar on various days for in the daily dessert displays by the ice cream on Eurodam.
  21. Billboard is the piano bar area no dance floor but you can chair dance 😉. More lounge or upbeat songs and ballads than dance tunes. Some of the performers are good but some are like fingers on chalkboard. Most ships have Rolling Stone Lounge (Rock, Pop, R&B, etc) that has dance floor and some ships have BB King (R&B, Motown, Blues, etc) lounge that has dance floor. Some of the Ocean Bars have room to dance with a trio or quartet playing. Crows Nest used to have dance floor and band before HAL moved EXC and merged Explorer's Lounge.
  22. They rope the area off and have servers cut and serve whatever cake that you want. You can ask for different sizes or different samples of each.
  23. You may be able to bring a universal remote and try to change the source if it's an active port.
  24. This was last month. The ports are accessible on the side but deactivates.
