Looking at the Luminae menu for the current Apex cruise and they have a whole new Daniel Boulud menu. The Entree is a Duck Leg Confit "Var Siu" no more Moroccan chicken. The new dinner menu looks very interesting, a lot of cheaper fish and sirloin, but on day 11 they have a cold water poached lobster.

I hadn't thought about that, I just looked at the current Apex cruise and the Luminae breakfast menu is identical to the one I posted from the Silhouette. No sausage, no Oatmeal, No regular French toast or variety of Eggs Benedict. I just looked at the new dinner menus for Luminae and they look to be all different than before.

We usually cruise with family or friends in adjoining cabins with connected balconies where we can open the dividers between them so we get one big balcony, Can't do this with the IV sunrooms.

The Luminae menus, Breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the Suites breakfast room service menus have not shown up for several weeks on the app for our Apex cruise next month. No idea what we will have. I inquired with the Retreat shoreside concierges about the missing menus on the apps and was told the menus are all currently being changed and updated and will be posted just prior to or when we board.

We are Diamond (the highest level) loyalty with Hilton, but we will never stay in that new TRU brand. TRU is a concept tailored for the business traveler on a limited per diem basis. Fortunately they are usually located next to an Embassy Suits, Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn which we prefer when we travel.

I love them in European hotel rooms when we travel. I prefer a good expresso or 2 or 3 in the morning over a cup of coffee.

We had one person on our Apex cruise roll call organize the tours with SDT and he got enough people on the RC to make everyone of our tours. Did you try this with your Roll Call?

The poster who originally posted this menu said some of the missing things can still be requested but the Huevos Rancheros is not one that can be requested and is gone for good. That was one of my favorite Luminae breakfast items. If some items can be requested why remove them from the menus in the first place? Maybe they are only available until supplies run out?

I still cannot see the Luminae menus for our Apex cruise next month on the app, so I guess they are still making changes and or cuts on them.

This is a copy of the new Luminae breakfast menu posted on another site by a current passenger on the Silhouette. Notice a lot of cuts from the past, no sausage under sides, and only one type of Eggs Benidict, no regular waffles only a new 'Potatoe" waffle. Looks like the next cuts will be in the kitchens.

We asked for a stop at a place to sample some Port. In La Rochelle France we are doing a private tour that includes a cognac tasting and education. We are to the point that we no longer will do any ship sponsored tours, all private and smaller. Last year in Italy, Croatia, Turkey and Greece we did some amazing private tours.
