  1. Good morning.  We have been on the Pride before, but this time our kids (in their 30's) want to go....  They want to know if there is a dance club on this ship.  I cannot remember.  I went on the Carnival website, but could not find any info.  Thank for your help!

Yes this has been the standard 7 day route for YEARS from Baltimore and CL.  The only variation is the order of stopping at Nassau, Cococay, and Port Canaveral.  For the cruisers who frequent leaving out of CL and Baltimore,  we are clearly not going for the ports.

Yes, this has us a little disappointed, but we love the Oasis Class and would book it again for the ship.  Nassau, blah...staying on the ship, Cococay, we would get off the ship.  Port Canaveral, what does one do?  Looking at the webcam, it looks like an industrial port, just like here in NJ.

As I said previously I thought it was funny that so many were just sure Oasis wasn't coming to CL and I said I thought RCI knew what they were doing with their ships.  Gee, anyone who said no way, care to comment?  LOL.

RCI has known for a while they were moving Oasis so itineraries are probably done.  I saw on FB that itineraries will be open tonight or tomorrow for C&A members.  We're going to book a b2b on either Oasis or Adventure for May 2020 so I'm going to book ASAP to get the same cabin for both legs.

If this is true, I will be waking everyone up in the Tri-State area at midnight. 😳

I would also recommend Serenade out of Port Everglades.

Not sure if Grandeur out of Baltimore has any Southern Carib itineraries.

As you probably know, I was on the Grandeur last month (12 days).  Visited, St Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Martin, St. John and St. Croix.  Amazing itinerary and although the Grandeur is a much smaller ship than I am used to, we had a great and wonderful time.  What a crew that ship has.  Hats off to them.

Ok. Thanks. It looks about the same as my inside cabins on NCL. I was hoping for a couch for a place to sit and have a coffee, but I’ll survive—LOL! Once retired, if you want to continue to sail annually, certain concessions need to be made, and inside cabins are the answer. If I insisted on a balcony, or even an ocean view, we would not be able to cruise every year. It would be more like one every 2-3 years, and that’s just unacceptable to this cruise addict. I even have an inside cabin for my 50th Anniversary in 2020. Our kids say, “you need a balcony cabin for such a special anniversary”, and my comment back is “are you paying?” LOL! I guess not. We just spend more time up on deck. We always wanted to do a Mediterranean cruise for that special time, but hopefully by 2021 we will have saved enough to do that.

Very much agree with you.  How much time does one spend in their cabin anyway?  Sleep and shower!

    Hello bellebaby,

That would be very helpful...thank you.

    Enjoy your cruise!

There is a You Tube video for 12203, which is right next door and the same exact category as yours.  It does not have two bathrooms.

I also checked all of the surrounding cabins (soooo many pics) and not one of them had 2 bathrooms.

  7. If you said you had an 8 or 9 o'clock flight, then I would give you ideas, but in my opinion, a 3pm flight does not really give you a lot of time to do much....plus I would not risk getting stuck in traffic from  where ever you go and get to the airport.  Traffic can be horrific in that area.  I would do the same thing the above poster said.  Stay on the ship until the final call, head over to the airport, have lunch, go window shopping and just relax.  Time will go fast just people watching!  I would rather be safe than sorry.

Rookie mistake! I'll go ahead and get my credit card cleared for the trip. But, at Nachi-Cocum they do have the ability to run my credit card correct? I'm assuming so but I don't want to get there and find out otherwise!

Yes.  Cash or credit card 😊

  9. I would never use a debit card on any of the Islands. A credit card is protected, a debit card is not.

  10. Have been on many cruises and have never tipped prior to cruising.

We recently returned from a 14 day cruise.  Our cabin steward started out being very sweet and did her job wonderfully.  By day 4, it began to diminish and only got worse by the day.  By day 13,  I heard every complaint imaginable from her.

Point being.....had we tipped her prior to the cruise, I would be kicking myself in the arse.  What would one do...ask for the tip back?
