Good Morning from a warm and sunny day at the beach Interesting days. I do agree with todays quote. No one owes you anything. No to the meal and drink. We were in todays port on the Noordam in 2022. We won at trivia last nite. Interesting they had several questions on the Beatles. Luckily my teammates knew because I was never a Beattles fan. @smitty34877 I cant believe that picture of Camilla! Today is back to the library for end of month accounting. Our regular meetings start again next week. My travel agent sent me a few excursions to review. Good Morning from Logan Airport. Currently sitting at the gate! Getting off was pretty seamless. Although I was getting off the bus and missed the bottom step. Fell down onto the pavement, cutting my knee, and hand. Just scraped but really sore. My wrist is swelling so DH went to find ice. I am sure it will be fine. jeezzzz. Charlene

Good afternoon from the Zuiderdam Last day! Bags are packed, mostly. it has been a fabulous trip. The crew is outstanding and very upbeat and friendly. We have an early debark and then a mad dash to the airport. I had a 3pm flight which was perfect. Delta changed it to noon. At least it is still direct! Just hope we can get thru immigration and into an Uber quickly. It will be fine! @Vict0riann a very happy birthday to you! May you enjoy many more! It is a brand new show and they will be on until October. The shows they did were packed and received several standing ovations. Great lively show and everyone thought they were great!

Good Morning from the Zuiderdam It is a foggy sea day . Fog horn blowing. Temp is in the 60s. Only a few days left of this wonderful journey. It has been amazing. They told us 1900 passengers will be getting on in Boston. I did receive the refund for 2 tickets for the excursion in Reykjavík. In the future, if we all want to go, we will need to hire a car. I think that is a better choice. The coaches are just not accessible. Anyway, no worries. I am blessed to be able to go at all. Stay safe and enjoy today charlene

Good Morning from the Zuiderdam It has been a truly wonderful cruise. Weather although cold has been outstanding. Beautiful scenery. Now it looks like a hurricane is going to change our plans. It appears we will miss St. John’s . The Navigator has Corner Brook listed but not sure if that is accurate. Today is the mariner lunch. DH was invited for 11 am, DD and myself for 1pm! He has gone to DR to see if it really makes a difference. @Mr. Boston a very Happy Birthday ! Today’s port is on my next cruise, the World Cruise. So looking forward to pictures and comments. The free shuttle was available for the 2 days we were in port. Picked up at ship and dropped off by the opera house. From there an easy short walk to the city center. Return trip was just the reverse. great service. It is also wheelchair accessible .

Despite all my efforts and follow ups with the written assurance that the tour would be accessible. It was not. I was so upset. They acknowledged what they had told me and I have it all in writing. So no go. DH and DD returned to the ship. DH was insistent that I go but I really did not want to. I have requested a refund for DD and DH. I stewed all day. So back to private cars only. We did one in Cobh that was wonderful!!

@summer slope Good Luck with the surgery today. @StLouisCruisers a very Happy Birthday to your DH we are waiting for clearance in Reykjavik. we have a private excursion booked for the Golden Circle thru Iceland Everywhere. We will be docking in Reykjavik today. We have been told there is a free shuttle provided by the port. Runs every 15 minutes. Last at 5:45pm. I will report back after our 2 days there.
