  2. When do they let your reserve online? Our cruise is next May. We love this service but don't know when they open up online to book it.
  3. We have be members for 10 years and not much at all on junk mail from them. Maybe were you live.

  6. I agree we did the 15 night Hawaii cruise a year ago and the food was terrible.

  9. I am Platinum and paid in full for this Oct. and can't book any dining in the main dining. Though I had it all done 6 months ago and now nothing.
  10. So strange as it won't let me book it and our cruise is in Oct. Glad you got to do yours. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.
  11. No your do not have to be paid in full. We are paid in full and can't access any main dining times. Just specialty dining it will let you.
  12. Book what? Main dining with times. I could only do specialty dining times.
  13. I ordered ours for our cruise in Oct 2024 and our cruise for next May 2025 months ago.
  14. Back when we started cruising on Princess in 2004 and few years after they used to have King Crab split open in the buffet one day. It was awesome. My husband and I was just talking about how we missed those days.

  16. You are correct anytime from 12 and on is perfect.
  17. I am a Delta member with free bags also. Yes I have used the service a few times and they will not charge you once you let them know. The cruiselines will print out your tickets and such and they will know if you do get the free bags. So if anyone just tries to mark exempt and they aren't then they will know and charge you accordingly. It truly is a wonderful service out of Seattle. But you also has to have flights after noon time and anything before that will not work.
  18. That's great to hear. If you don't want to ask TA for help why book with them? Unless you are getting a discount or obc from then I get that.
  19. Lesson learned. If you book thru a TA then stick to them for any changes small or large. They get a commission so let them work for you. Less stress on your part.
  20. We have never been allowed to pick arrival time 2 days ahead of people without priority. Fttf this past Feb and every time I have used it we have been allowed to check in for arrival time the same day as no priority people.
  21. Because we booked excursions months ago and I check often for price drops . One excursion was 95.00 pp and when I checked couple weeks ago it dropped to 65.00 . So we cancelled and rebooked it. So the new price definitely reflected 30 percent discount. And few days later received the credit on my credit card.
  22. Yes our group rebooked some excursions as they had a 30 percent discount on our stuff. But it didn't show old price just the new price. So we all cancelled and rebooked them all. And the over pay was put on our credit card in a few days.

  24. Correct John Heald does not make policy . He went to higher ups and they confirmed. We had no problem in Feb even though our time was 1 and we got there at 1030. Just saying.
