  1. I see there is another request from Celebrity with ANOTHER email address to send information about the website not being able to be accessed .

    Having sent emails to concerns@....... and now being asked to send same again ??? to another address -- really ?

    All I want to do is access my reservations and value add $$ to Celebrity , but I am still unable to do so . Sending more emails is a fruitless solution given that they already know the problem exists. Remaining :mad:

    I have sent emails to concerns@celebrity AS REQUESTED and been assured that the website issue will be looked at . Why would I bother sending another email to another email address regarding the same problem . Bottom line is --

    I CANNOT ACCESS MY RESERVATION ON THE CELEBRITY WEBSITE . I CAN NOW SEE IT AFTER WEEKS OF IT BEING INVISIBLE BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE RESERVATION ONLINE.

    Some folks may grow tired of this on CC , but please show some sympathy for others who are deprived of being able to look at , adjust , add specialty restaurants , shore excursions -- SPEND MONEY with Celebrity !! Just being able to enjoy the pre-cruise . I have 3 cabins booked but have to assure others that they really do have reservations -- even though they cannot access them online.

  3. Hey Eddies Girl - are you still able to access your reservation . I can see mine now but cannot do anything with it . I get this -

  4. Whist I can now wee my reservation as listed the new message is just as annoying as the previous one -and still gives me no access to the reservation.

    Can you please email us at concerns@celebrity.com. We'll need details on your issue, your reservation number, and a phone number you can be reached at. I believe we asked for your information before, and did forward it. However, not happy to see that you are still having issues, and want to try to fix this. Thanks!

     

    I have sent the email , but have not received a reply , so my original post stands . Disappointed again and the website is still a joke.

  6. Thanks Celebrity!

     

    Going thru today's mail, & they sent my parent's luggage tags to me!

    Thing is, I hadn't ordered them, as I only did their express pass on Sunday, & I was well past the dead line for tags...

     

    Being that it was a Holiday weekend, Celebrity obviously took it upon themselves to send out the tags without my having to jump thru hoops with the website... :D

     

    Once again, Celebrity has handed me another reason to continue to call them my cruise line of choice!

     

    If you want to read about jumping through hoops on the Celebity website , read a few other threads regarding this. Celebrity continue to give me another reason to QUESTION my cruise line of choice.:mad:

  7. I have two upcoming cruises, same ship, same duration - both paid in full

     

    09 NOV Transatlantic - no issues accessing booking

    23 NOV Caribbean - unable to access whatsoever

     

    The fact I live in Australia clearly makes no difference as I can view the first booking and not the second.

     

    Last week Celebrity assured me the problem would be fixed this week, so Hammo we have a maximum of two days left to wait (assuming the Celebrity Rep was telling the truth)

     

    I wonder if the Celebrity Staff who monitor this website care to comment ?

    Last post on this from me and I give up . Sadly the Celebrity website remains a no-go area for us - no reservations showing despite our 3 cabin payments and no enjoyment for us in pre-planning , adding to the cruise with extras like Specialty Dining , shore excursions etc. Despite the lack of interest in fixing this from Celebrity I am more sad than angry , :(

    I don't know much about websites but I see you are in Australia and wonder if there is any difference between using the celebritycruises.com and celebritycruises.com.au I would be very frustrated if I could not see my reservation online.

    Yes I have tried both the US site and the Aussie site with the same result . Sadly . I really do miss not being able to access the reservation .

    As a shareholder and with little or no concern for people who are continually frustrated by our inability to access the cruise reservations that we have paid for , perhaps you should be concerned that Celebrity are continually dropping the ball here - Maybe your shareprice will not remain so buoyant in the future .

    And Yes - we do need to be able to voice grievances when we are totally ignored by Celebrity. As you say , you are shareholder in Celebrity - I'm disappointed --you should show a little sympathy for the way we are being treated here . As for the roll eyes , maybe it should be :o

  11. So far, my experience has been different than many of these posts. I feel like we must have been one of the lucky ones. I hope everything will still be in order when we reach the dock in Yokohama.

     

    In January, 2014 I booked an October, 2014 Northeast Asia Millennium cruise with a travel agent. My reservation showed up on the website about two days later. All the shore excursions show up on the proper day even though the original itinerary was changed. All available extra beverage and dining packages show up also. At about the 75 day mark I completed the Express Pass section and printed out my Express Pass. The next event will be to print out luggage tags at the 49 day mark.

     

     

     

    This will be our first Celebrity cruise (except for a pre-web 1999 cruise on Zenith).

    Good for you Tom . Sadly here it is very different - cannot even see the reservation on-line . Cannot see the beverage package, OBC , etc . Cant see the ports of call or look at shore excursions. Cant purchase any specialty dining, all because I CAN"T SEE THE RESERVATION ON THE CELEBRITY WEBSITE !!:mad: ( ps you will enjoy Millennium )

  12. I only count on their website for general information :eek:

    I deal with a rep in sales , have her direct line , she replies quickly if I leave message , or she answers email in a timely manner :o

    Also I never book ship tours, only private tour usually with people on the roll call, and they are always 1/2 the price and much smaller groups

     

    How do you book the 5 dinner specialty restaurant package or look at shore excursions on the website if you cant see your reservation ?

  13. This is still all I get when I try and view my reservation on the Celebrity website and still no response from emails to get an explanation as to why I cannot see my booking online.

  14. I find that I have more luck using google chrome rather than internet explorer. For whatever reason, I can't access my reservations using internet explorer, but if I use google chrome it works. Give it a try.

  15. I'm glad I started this thread as I do not feel quite so alone. DownUnder Matt and CruiseNut have been sharing the pain for weeks now and it seems there is little we can do except keep trying . That means also keeping the threads on the front page . I am aware that Host Andy is not a Celebrity employee ( sadly ) but I still think he has the ear of Caesar so to speak - certainly he carries more weight than mere mortals like myself. The more cruisers affected who make their dissatisfaction known , the more likely something will be done about the website. Or at least thats my theory.

    I still have no idea , aside from assurances from our TA and $'s debited from my account , that I have a confirmed booking with Celebrity . How do I book specialty dining , shore excursions etc when the cruise reservations do not exist on the website? Will they just take my final payment ?

    Anyway , I will also email to that address , but not hold my breath. :(

    Thoughts about making any other cruise reservations with Celebrity are now on hold for sure .
