  1. Dear Host Andy

Can you tell me why I am unable to access my Celebrity cruise reservations on the Celebrity website ? When I click on my Celebrity after logging in the Cruise does not exist . When I try and add the cruise manually I get error messages. As you will have seen from several other threads , I am not alone in this problem . I have emailed Celebrity several times with no response from them.

How do I value add to our reservations - book specialty dining , shore excursions etc etc and enjoy just seeing the reservation online???? Can you help here ??

  2. And still today there is nothing again - the Celebrity website still does not show our reservations despite daily attempts at accessing My Celebrity.

I assume everyone else has grown tired and given up . No response from Celebrity so I also assume they do not give a rats a... either. Not sure how I will access my booking now . :(

  3. Here is today's message:

    Well' date=' this is unfortunate.

Here you are trying to plan a vacation and our website decides to take one.

We are aware of the issue and are currently working to fix it. Please try again later and sorry for the inconvenience.

I guess they think this is cute![/quote']

Well I for one do not think this is cute .

We have been trying for weeks to see our reservations and access the booking as most cruisers like to - its part of the deal.

How do I add specialty dining , shore excursions etc after clicking My Celebrity to find the reservation missing . I cannot manually add the reservation either .

Our TA assures me all is fine but it really isnt in my opinion and I am :mad:I have emailed Celebrity but have had no reply so will keep this and similar threads active . For those of you who can see their reservations on line - imagine not being able to .:(

  4. We have just upgraded our drinks package via out TA - or at least that is what they have told me . I have no idea really as to whether we are even booked as we still cannot see the reservation on the celebrity site . All we have is the email from the TA - (who we do trust by the way ) , and the debit from our bank account.

Surely this is the most bizarre way to transact a very expensive purchase - I am at a loss to think how ridiculous the whole situation is . I also cannot believe there is not more outrage from passengers in similar circumstance ? Or is this just for a few ?

  5. Hey Matt

Pretty frustrating for sure. I have emailed our US based Ta VTG to try and get some help here -- we have had several cruises with Celebrity and this is the 1st time this has occurred . I love looking and fine tuning the holiday - I cant even see the bloody thing online . I have emailed Celebrity and posted on similar threads but no change . We should keep this on the front page till we get a result.:p

  6. We are also unable to see our reservation for 3 cabins on Reflection. When I try and add the reservation I get this - so we cannot see or add to our booking.

    Exception in com.rccl.command.ebiz.GetBookingOwnershipCommand

I have been getting this for weeks now -- there are other threads trying to get answers here also -- very frustrating . We are thinking about cancelling .

  7. There is another thread here on cc which deals with the same situation . We have been trying for weeks to see our reservation on the Celebrity website but have been unable to . After clicking My Celebrity we get a ridiculous error message and this is very very frustrating. I have contacted our TA and have been assured the cabins are booked-- but how are we to book shore excursions , specialty dining packages etc etc ? There is also the inability to look at what we have purchased -- poor form Celebrity and very amateurish for a so-:mad:called premium line.

  8. Still no luck being able to see my reservation once I check in with My Celebrity.

We have been assured by our US based TA that all is well and the deposit has indeed been paid. We would like to book specialty restaurant packages etc so that is a problem at this stage.

Also -- its nice to look at your booking online.- the planning and anticipation are part of the cruise experience and this seems like a glitch that is amateurish , annoyingly unproffessional , and disconcerting given the cruiselines reputation. We shouldnt have to use backdoor tricks to see what we have paid for. :(

  9. Same here. When I try to add the cruise in My Celebrity it says this: Exception in com.rccl.command.ebiz.GetBookingOwnershipCommand... whatever that means .

The way I look at it is, you've taken my deposit, give me access to my cruise. That's only fair. I don't feel like my cruise is booked until I can see it in My Celebrity... I particularly don't like to log in and see "MY RESERVATIONS" with nothing listed under it... :(

I tried logging in also and receive the same thing .

  10. Thankyou all for the replies , it is much appreciated. It sounds like 6216 & 6218 should be OK and we would be happy with 6226 also. We were just concerned about the internet cafe as it is open 24hrs and potentially thought late night noise would be a problem.

  11. Hope for some advice please . I had a look on the s-class spread sheet for these cabins - 6216 and 6218 - not much information there. Will the location near the elevators and directly opposite the i-lounge be a concern here - Noisy ? Our 3rd cabin would be 6226 , also an inter-connecting cabin . Is the connecting door also a noise problem ? Any advice would be most appreciated.:)

  12. Look, I'm not suggesting for a minute that I'm happy with price increases but, on balance, the premium package is a whole lotta fun and for the time being at least, I'm prepared to cut them some slack and compensate with (as you suggest) an extra martini or another of the clever creations at the Molecular bar. Cheers hammo, I do hope you have a great cruise!

    Ian

Cheers Ian , and I hope you remain interested in all things Wine . I'm sure I will remain interested in this CC forum and despite some calling for me to shut up , maybe Celebrity will return to the Premium Line that we were used to some time ago . ( When it comes to wine that is ) . Hey - we love the Molecular Bar.:D

    Also - Cheers to Pushka.

  13. To me best thing ever happening for a cruise:

    123-G0

    free classic alcohol package

    $11.50 a day upgrade to premium---PRICELESS

Agree with you - except the wine by glass list now included in the Premium Package is extremely ordinary and many previously included require you to pay extra on top of the package price. These are wines previously included like Dry Creek Zinfandel , Conundrum , the Pouilly Fusse offered etc. :(

  14. We only had the issue once. Our fist course arrived and no wine had been poured. We did not even pick up silverware, the waiter and asst waiter noticed and asked if there was a problem. We said we want wine with the food, they got the sommelier, not another problem that evening.

On all other evenings before and after we had excellent wine service. Always mentioned, if I thought I wanted different wines with courses at the first order.

We actually did this recently and our meals were removed and reordered as we specifically requested that we would like to have a glass of sparkling wine together pre first course while we looked at the menu. We also requested our first wine served with the first course or reasonably close to enjoy both together.

After this first hiccup , it was fine from then on . On one particularly busy MDR night our wine waiter asked for our wine selections for each course and poured us 3 different glasses at once ! Table was a little crowded but it was amusing.

Agree that its best to tell the wine waiter you require wines to match food so will probably order different wines during the evening.
