Ooh, you've hit a hot spot with me. If I decide to boycott a company and I don't notify that company why then IMO I've accomplished nothing. My few thousand dollars won't even be noticed. Let me give an example. I started boycotting Walmart more than a few years ago. It's because of how they treat their employees and suppliers (I worked for one of those suppliers long ago) I met with the manager of one of the the local stores and wrote probably the CEO (too many years and my aging makes me unsure about that). I don't know if I accomplished anything but I sure as heck wouldn't have if I just walked out the door. Plus I can tell other people and that may affect them.
No, I didn't know that. And if poster had simply added EST question wouldn't have been asked/
And, as I said, I hadn't posted here in years and paid no attention to the # of posts. If anything when I see large #s for other people, I internally whisper "get a life." So, clo, get a life.
Ingredients:
Pizza Margherita is a typical Neapolitan pizza, made with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, salt, and olive oil. Wikipedia
And they better be top notch ingredients, every one of them.
No offense here whatsoever. But I'm betting folks who feel that way don't live on the West or East coast of the US (I don't know where else in the world to include). Oh, and a few cities in between. Pizza has become a very big deal with great toppings, crusts, you name it. Red and white sauce lightly applied. I make it about once a week for dinner and since it's just the two of us we have the leftover half for breakfast 🙂 And no offense.
Right. And while I know that my teensy efforts contribute little to nothing...Oh wait, do I at least contribute to representing a good impression? I just read an article about Jane Goodall. She wants everyone to vote because that's the only way to make a true difference.
Okay. But that's not a huge problem, is it? We're generally down in "steerage" and don't need perfection. The food is just as a good 30 minutes later. At least IMneverHO 🙂
