  1. Still don't understand why we get NONE even after signing up with Princess to get last minute offers. Someone suggested it's because I have two cruises currently booked but they are both European cruises this summer. How can they be so stupid as to not send to someone who is interested?? Think their marketing department doesn't know their target audience...

     

    We have the same situation. For more than one year now we have not received any promotional emails from Princess. I have signed up for last minute deals more than once. Have called Princess multiple times and have changed our email address on 3 different occasions and still we have not received one email. It really surprises me that they have no way of checking to see why we are not getting the emails. If you sign up with a new email address instead of just changing the existing one you get email under a different captain's circle number so that doesn't fix the problem at all. And yes, I have checked all of my spam accounts and the proper princess address is in all of our mail address books. So since several people have mentioned they are not getting any emails it sounds like it is a Princess tech problem to us.

  2. On the March 30th 10 day southern Caribbean cruise and wondering what day The Secret Silk will be? Anyone been on recent cruise and can let me know?

     

    Also what time are the main shows? Is there only 2 a night?

     

    The two times we saw Secret Silk in February on b2b cruises they showed the Secret Silk both times on the last formal night. If that holds true for the March 30 cruise then I would think it would be on Saturday night April 07. There is only two performances that night as this show lasts 55 minutes. Get there early for a good seat. If I remember correctly the first show time was 7:45 PM but all is subject to change of course.

  3. You could last month on the Royal but could not use 2 card punches for the alcoholic sundaes.

     

    We were on the Royal in November for 20 nights and yes we could get gelato for a punch but not on the Regal. It is my understanding that the Royal was also no longer going to give gelato for a punch but the person who told us that did not know what date the change would take place.

  4. is this a regal thing or entire princess line?

     

    first time i went in the bathroom i thought i was in a horror movie, i heard voices/static, weird things. realized it was from the vent. i should have tried to get it recorded on my phone but never heard this in another ship nor any hotels i've stayed in even. it was eerie and creepy.

    so is this a paranormal vortex or just bad ship design?

     

     

    We cannot remember which Princess ship but yes we did hear voices from the bathroom vent and it seemed to be coming from the bridge. We think they mistakenly left a switch on because a short time later it stopped.

  5. Sorry to hear about the old paperweights being replaced. We never got the chance to get one. :(

    The dinner sounds OK by me.....it's better than the cocktail party anyway.

    I'd love to see the box they're now giving out.

     

    I agree the dinner is much better than the cocktail party. Also, if anyone has a picture of the new gift would they please post it as we would like to see it as well.

  6. Just curious to see if anyone else is having issues when looking at your Personalizer on Princess site. Was going to print out travel summary, but Pre-Paid Gratuities are not showing up. Also when you try to click and see gratuities on the payment and credits screen, it does not open.

     

    We are also experiencing the same problem.

  7. Princess website. Anybody else? Cannot enter any info on my cruise personalizer, won't let me prepurchase obc, search cruises or update guest information at all for last 72 hours.

     

    We have had the same problem for the last 3 days on our home computer. Live in the US. Cannot look up a single cruise. Princess IT please help us all out.
