I just found another wrinkle, after still being unable to bid. The Q&A page says one must agree to receiving promotional emails from RC, in order to be eligible to bid. We have always received emails, although not so many recently. Perhaps I overlooked that when I did my checkin? If so, can I alter that? -
We have received Viking brochures in the mail for years, presumably because we do sail on other lines. I have tried to unsubscribe, to no avail. What's the trick?
