Finally have my voucher, has taken 4 online request and over 1.5 hours on phone to be resolved today. My personnel opinion is Celebrity had forgotten to book us on the bus as we now have a separate ticket from the cruise ticket booklet. Happy now, the excitement begins 🤗

I have the celebrity invoice with the transfers included. Just the worry the celebrity rep at airport will insist on the voucher. See what happens today.

Nothing in the app, managed to get hold of travel agent today, they have requested Celebrity send them the voucher to pass on to me, have to phone again tomorrow at 3pm if voucher not forthcoming. Not holding my breath for a resolution.

Thank you for the replies, I will have to call the agent again on Monday morning. Three times the travel agent has contacted Celebrity and each time they have said they are working on it and the ticket would be updated in the cruise documents in the next 24 to 48 hours. "its so frustrating"

Hi, we will be departing for cruise on the Constellation next Friday, We have flights and transfers booked both way as a package with Celebrity but booked via travel agent. My cruise ticket booklet only has a transfer voucher for the return leg, Contacted travel agent 3 times now over the last 2 weeks and they have been in contact with Celebrity who confirm transfer is booked and will update my ticket booklet. 6 days to go and voucher still not there. Will I have a issue at Venice airport boarding the transfer bus without a ticket? I assume they have a list of booked passengers. I can't contact celebrity direct as booked via a agent. Don't want any issue at the airport as flying out on cruise departure day.

You may have a mixed bag weather wise, Anywhere north of Athens you could see a fair bit of rain but further south will most probably be really pleasant. We have travelled to Greece extensively on land based holidays and even the end of September we have had beautiful days and heavy rain. I would take a chance though as its a beautiful part of the world and the friendliest people.

We will be on the same cruise, we too hope to see the games but only if England progress that far, not holding my breath for that though.

We booked veranda guarantee 13 months before cruise and assigned within the hour. due to sail in 3 weeks and cabin stayed the same.

I have booked my 1st Princess cruise for 2026, have confirmation and email from Princess and followed link to download the app. After may attempts and reinstalling numerous times I still cant log on. Tried with my website log in details, which work on website. also tried through booking number but keeps saying invalid data.

Hi, We are on the constellation in Croatia this July, does anyone know if they provide a shuttle service to Zadar centre? If not I will book a walking tour with the transfer included.

Hi All Found a 7 night cruise I am interested in on the Queen Victoria for April 2026, I was about to book and then realised this is sailing on Easter weekend. Does this make a huge difference to the age demographic onboard? I like children, I have grandchildren of my own but not sure I want to sail with hundreds at a time. Will there be a lot of people wanting to party hard as its the holidays? I know sometimes the shorter cruises attract groups and the younger crowd

We are looking at 14 night cruises June 2026, I have seen a Cunard 11 night cruise too but that is in early may and not sure what the weather would be like then.

Hi All I have spent the last few day deliberating the pros and cons of sailing Norway for 2 weeks with Sky Princess or P&O Aurora. I keep going backwards and forwards and still undecided. As yet not travelled either line as always sail Celebrity, but have upcoming cruise with P&O Iona and Cunard Queen Anne booked. I like the idea of a smaller ship like Aurora but do like the modern comforts of the newer ships, also food is important although neither ship gets good marks in that respect. Anyone done this cruise with both ships and have a preference?

Hi all Booked Celebrity Constellation for July this year, price includes flights and Celebrity shuttle transfer, all booked through a TA. Our itinerary states our flight is due to land at Marc Polo airport at 9.05am but transfer is 12pm. Is there only one transfer to the port? seems ridiculous to have to wait around for 3 hours at the airport. Does anyone have experience of the transfer?

I had a guarantee cabin assigned the day I booked, 13 months before cruise.

Have had invites for all 4cruises with Celebrity, not sure why! A couple of the cruises we had more then one. We are only select guest.

As far as I am aware if you proceed with the booking through completion there is no fee, so maybe that's why its not taken on booking.

The travel agent we use is a well known UK cruise agent, they make it clear there is a £50 non refundable admin fee if you cancel or make amendments. I use this agent most of the time so can't comment on other agents policies. It may seem harsh, but I understand they have spent time on booking and cancelling with cruise line and will want some recompense.

You can even bring hair straighteners and curling tongs, I have done this also.

Have taken a hairdryer every time without issue.
