  1. I look forward to seeing how "profitability" and "innovative and cutting-edge shows" work together on NCL. I more than enjoyed the musical productions I've seen so far. "Exceptional products"? Bring 'em on! I'll be the judge....
  2. And my old passport arrived in today's mail....June 12.
  3. The passport agency got my renewal on April 12 and I received my not expedited new passport on June 8.
  4. Beautiful weather now in NYC welcomes you and Susan home, Henry! I'll guess Breakaway to Bermuda.......
  5. That's the husband's job when the wife is making shoe decisions. Good work, Henry.👍
  6. Shoes over tapas, absolutely! The shoes will outlast the tapas!!! Good choice, Susan and SIL!
  7. You tell him, Susan!!.........Hugs to you both from Sharon..........
  8. Henry, I noticed a few pages back that your Latitude pins and cards don't match. Did the ship run out of Lat supplies? No difference in the card offerings? Sharon
  9. I think I know that CCer!!
  10. Henry! The P here! I'm following along but have never been on a TA so no comments yet except to say that's the worst behind the Scenes tour I've ever read about and I think your pix show a very spacious ship. I wish calm seas for you and Susan. Sharon
  11. Henry, Latitudes perk Behind the Scenes tour was about an hour. Saw crew bar/lounge, laundry, kitchen, backstage theater. Lots of stair climbing. Took only cookies from buffet but saw plates, glasses in hallway.
  12. Chris, I posted on the roll call but wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying your round up of our cruise. Your photos are beautiful! Sharon
  13. On this cruise the Donna Summer musical is/was available on the 29th from 10 -11:35 and the 31st from 8 - 9:35. The 29th was originally starting at 9:30 but was changed to 10.
  14. I booked a 15 day cruise a few weeks ago and refused the upgrade because I couldn't pick the cabin I wanted. Would have been Balcony to Club Balcony.
  15. Palomar, Onda and Le Bistro!.....Join our Meet & Greet on the 29th at 11AM in The Improv at Sea! We also have a roll call going here on CC.
  16. You know, Henry, it's a damn shame when people who've paid for a cruise can't at least expect they'll have coffee and tea on board. I'm a tea drinker and don't try to fob off peppermint tea on me when I want caffeine in my tea. I'd rather not have to put tea in my suitcase; there's already too much stuff in there!
  17. Amber Cove was a great surprise. Beautiful new port. Huge free pool there. If you can do steps, a walk up to a bar/restaurant surrounded by vegetation and great views. It was my fave port.
  18. I had a dinner once with the Gift Shop manager on the ship and afterward got rock bottom prices on everything I bought!
  19. A heads up for all who were on the Getaway from Feb. 20-March 1......I just tested positive for Covid. I was negative yesterday but am coughing and sounding nasally today so I self tested. It's like a cold; I can smell and taste. The irony for me is I live a few blocks from Times Square but had to go on a cruise ship to get Covid. I've had all my shots and consider myself lucky to have gotten it 3 years in.
  20. Henry, FAR TOO MUCH SMOKE from the casino to enjoy Shanghai Noodles! It was doable last March with fewer cruisers. Sharon
  21. Totally agree with you. I was on the first cruise out of NYC and it was always packed. It was only a 5 day cruise; I ate lunch there 4 times: twice at a table, twice at a counter, and was glad to find a seat anywhere!
  22. Totally agree. The 3 Donnas had terrific voices. I'm returning to the PRIMA and will see it again.
