Would DH & I be allowed to share an order, or is each person required to order their own? From what I see & read one order would be enough for the 2 of us. Neither of us is a heavy eater. I do want to try the lobster mac n cheese. Thanks! βΊοΈ
I understand that it does cost more if you buy onboard. I always buy pre cruise so I have no personal experience. Our obc is used up for the daily gratuities, excursions, a few drinks, msc. onboard expenses.
No need to get snippy. I just was curious what specific extra service & attention one gets if one tips in advance. Feel free to scroll past this discussion if you're not interested & have nothing further to contribute.
I've seen a few posts over the years about tipping extra in addition to the auto gratuities. A few say they tip the steward the 1st day to assure they get service above & beyond the norm for the duration of the cruise. My curiosity has gotten the best of me. Can anyone tell me what service & attention you get above the normal, expected service? Thanks.
Someone posted this a few yrs ago in a luggage discussion. I still love that the luggage included a sewing machine. The couple were such good sports about the teasing. I bet they're fun. β‘β‘β‘
We have cruised with a few other companies. For us Princess has the needed balance of all the things we enjoy on a cruise. Unless some amazing offer falls in our laps from another company, I don't think we'll look elsewhere again.
I was checking things in my medallion app for our Feb. cruise, & I no longer see the health questionnaire or the request to upload the proof of vax. As Forrest Gump said, "One less thing." π
I'm not a wine drinker & have zero wine knowledge. Please don't flame me. My question is sincere. What makes wine worth the original cost & then an an extra $20 a bottle? Probably because I'm a retired teacher on a really careful travel budget, that seems expensive, especially for those who bring aboard multiple bottles.
