  1. We are booked in cabin R207 on the Enchanted, our 1st sideways cabin. The cabin info in the booking process says the size is 166-175 square feet. If I look at the cabin by pulling up the deck plan it says it's avg. 175 Sq ft. Just wondering if it might actually be 175 sq. ft. That would be nice. Similar question for cabin R507 on the Ruby. Thanks for any info & input. 🙂
  2. Exactly. Even if it isn't as tasty as authentic fish & chips from an English pub, it's pretty good, & gives us another option. This Texas couple have had only a few real pub fish & chips experiences, so we like the Princess version just fine. ☺️

  4. I wish Princess would stop using the term boarding pass. There is no longer any such thing. I remember preparing for our 1st post covid cruise being in a panic because I could not find boarding passes anywhere.

  6. I am not a wine drinker. The only time I have some is at the free tasting. It's an enjoyable diversion. My wine knowledge is zero. Can someone tell me what is meant by cooked wine. Thanks.
  7. Same here. For our 3 booked cruises, one fare is the same as it has been for several months, & 2 are more than when I booked.

  10. Does the Enchanted have a space similar to the One5 on the Grand? It was a nice, usually quiet place to read on sea days. I watched a video tour of the Enchanted & looked at the deck plan. I didn't see one. Thanks. 🙂
  11. I got the 10% discount on a $30 watch. That was in Nov., so maybe there's a new policy. If so, I don't like it. I just looked at the loyalty tier benefits. It says elite status gets 10% discount at the shops. It makes no mention of a $100 minimum purchase.

  13. Will any unused "punches" on medallion from the 1st segment carry over & be added to the 15 new "punches" on the 2nd segment? I'm calling them punches because I don't know what to call them now. 😁

  15. So glad to learn that. We're doing a b2b next yr. I'll exchange our mini bar for the coffee pkgs, & wondered if unused coffees would roll over. Thanks for the info.
  16. We are retired teachers on a careful travel budget. We almost always book an inside. We booked a cabin a few yrs ago that we did not know had a pull down. It was folded up on the wall, not into the ceiling. It limited our ability to move around our cabin & there were some bumped heads. I don't remember if it was a Princess or Carnival ship. We did see it, did bump into it, & it did make a difference.
  17. For dinner we enjoy a 2 top, & not one that's just a foot away from the next 2 top. On our last cruise we always requested "a table for 2 that's not next to another table for 2." The sweet hostess knew our preference after just 2 or 3 dinners. She always found a good table for us, & there was seldom a wait. We'll continue to make that request on future cruises. With full capacity becoming the norm there may be a wait, but we don't mind. We love people but dinner is just for us love birds who've been married 56 years. Lol. 😁

  20. A while back someone posted how I can see if a cabin sleeps more than 2. I'm afraid I don't remember what to do. I want to make sure there is no pull down bunk in our cabin. Thanks for your help. 🙂
  21. Sometimes when looking at cruises the fare when logged in is cheaper than the same cruise not logged in. Sometimes there is no price difference. Just curious why there is not always what appears to be a past guest discount. Any idea? 🙂

  23. I'm a silly, cruise loving, sentimental fool. I save our expired passports, old cruise key cards, & now medallions. No need to shame me. I own who I am. 😁
