I chatted again with a different rep who said they were just now working on requests from May 6th. I think that's a bunch of hooey, but I'll just chat again next week!

So I also faxed form in on May 12th. Nothing. Emailed it on May 25th. Still nothing. Wasted time chatting with someone who told me she couldn't check on it so I should send it again. 🤷‍♀️

Booked on 5/16 so that isn't the problem.

I booked a Mediterranean cruise for Sept 2023. I can't enter it in the App (tells me the information is incorrect) nor can I use the web based cruise personalizer (also says info is incorrect) TA called Princess and told me the booking is ok. App is updated. Anybody have the same problem?

We are also on the March 2023 cruise. Haven’t cancelled, but I’m looking at Oceania. Raiatea would help.

We got off yesterday. Mask wearing was minimal. We ate in the Michelangelo Dining Room towards the back which never felt crowded. Had the same table/waiters every night and after walking up and tapping our medallions, we just walked in like traditional dining. We were able to walk the entire promenade multiple times. Don’t know about covid but Aloha port side was blocked off. Alaska was beautiful, ship was great. You’ll have a wonderful time.

Thank you for all of your replies. I was talking about additional $ above the prepaid gratuities. I never know if I’m being cheap, but it seems like I’m doing ok. I love the Dove chocolates idea! Thanks to all of you.

Same waiters every night for 10 days…

The guy in the future cruise sales office told us it was non refundable. My onboard statement shows the same as yours, so I thought this might be another cost saving measure introduced by Princess in the past few weeks.

I’m on board the Ruby but was just told it is not. Has something changed ??
