  1. The Royal had boxes. No loose cereal in containers
  2. It worked great on the Ruby, but not at all on the Royal. Part of the problem was that even when I tried to locate my husband he was out swimming in the ocean😂
  3. There was an Italian menu one night, but no Italian outfits to go with it. Maybe the baked Alaska parade depends upon the ship’s capacity. First half of our cruise was maybe 2/3 full, and the second half was 1/2 full so we got it both times. Apparently I’m in the minority… I like it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  4. Had the parade on the Ruby in May and the Royal just last week. All the same (waving napkins/introductions/music and poem at the end) as before except they didn’t carry around the baked Alaska.
  5. Yes they did! I am owed $231.50. But why zero it out? I’m guessing I’m going to have to fight them for my $231.
  6. The first line specifically says non refundable. The second just says referred to corporate finance and is over $400 which is way too much for me to get back. And both are under charges, not credits.

Has anyone ever gotten charges like this on their final invoice from Princess? 23-Oct Shareholder Benefit (non-refundable) $8.54 and 23-Oct Referred to Corporate Finance (with a much bigger amount after it) If never gotten anything like this before. I've emailed customer relations, but that will take a couple of weeks to get an answer and I'm curious now! Thanks for your insight!
  9. The bathroom light did not have to be on on the Royal for the night light to work. However, every time you approach the bathroom the darn overhead light by the closet comes on and you’re blinded by that!
  10. My app was screwy for this last cruise, and we were given a late boarding time. We showed up early and were onboard in 10 minutes. No one even looked at the green lane /QR code on my phone.
  11. Just off the Royal. We used a nightlight very similar in shape to the one in post #6. It was a bit bigger so it propped the cover up on its own. Equal prongs. Worked great.
  12. We arrived in Vancouver a couple of days ago (on the Royal) early in the morning so I didn’t see us come in under the bridge, but we left around 3:30-4pm and we fit under just fine!
  13. When we got on on Sunday all our future cruises were gone, and the Ocean Navigator people said oh yeah, no problem. After reading your post I looked again. Our January cruise is now there, but the following 2 cruises are not🤷🏻‍♀️
  14. Just a heads up (and sorry if I missed this being posted already). If you haven’t downloaded the newest version of the app do it before your next cruise. You need the new version to connect to Medallion Net. And with this new app just know that none of your future cruises will show up on the app while you’re on your current cruise. No one could tell me why. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  16. We always leave our luggage unlocked when we drop it at the port. Leaving tomorrow and just wondered if others lock their suitcases.
  17. Glad it worked out. We resolved our inequity by having the shareholder credit in my name, while the military credit is in my husband’s name.

  19. I like to unplug as much as possible when we cruise, and we only bring phones to stay connected with family/take pics etc. I’m fine with just doing the 4 device plan now, but DH is adamant that “we” (which means me) continue to try to get him “fixed,”. 😏
  20. My status shows elite on the app. We are sailing in a couple of weeks. If it isn’t fixed for him I will up my plan to 4 devices (so same price as 2 1 device plans) and share with him on this cruise. No way will we pay full price and then have to wait forever for the refundable credit to be refunded.
  21. This is my husband’s problem as well. I have called/chatted/emailed. Told they are “working on it.” Just how hard can it be?
  22. Is my Medallion Net order tied to my Ocean Medallion? They've already shipped my medallion. If I opt to upgrade now to the 4 device Medallion Net plan will it be recognized on the ship, or will I have to spend time at customer service/Ocean Navigators getting it to work? Thought Id ask the people who know things before I try chat. 😊
