How long ago was this? Were you happy with Butlers?

This is what I think now, and I could be wrong. When I first opened the app I was completely checked in; Green Check marks for everything. Then I read the posts about the shipboard/shoreside issue and was concerned when I saw my CC listed in the shoreside section. So I went back and was going to delete the card from shoreside, but instead went to shipboard and clicked on the CC box then on the COMPLETE tab. When the app came back up I had a "you're all set " message, and my cc box had a blue line around it. Then when I looked at shoreside I realized there was no blue box I don't think the shoreside card is activated (or whatever you want to call it) until you click it and hit COMPLETE .I'm guessing I have all green marks just because the card is listed and has the potential to be activated.

This is how we do it too. My card; husband is added to it. What I’ve now realized is that the card info shows up under shoreside, but it’s not selected…and won’t be until I select it and hit complete…which isn’t going to happen!

My only choice is to delete the card…which I think will delete it from the app entirely. I’m assuming that once I add it back in I’ll be back to where I started.

I NEVER selected a shoreside payment on the old app. Downloaded the new app and it has my credit card info also under shoreside with the “complete” button highlighted. All green ✅ for everything. How do I unselect the shoreside credit card without screwing everything up??

No library, but the Patter does mention a book swap in one of the dining rooms…Santorini (I think). There are games, available there too.

Thank you for checking on this. I’m only agonizing over the 2pm vs 2:30pm excursion because we’re only in port until 7:00, and I’m assuming the last tender will be at 6:15. The excursions up to Mt Dalsnibba are 3.5 hrs long. The trip leaving at 2:30pm cuts it close on the return, but the one at 2pm means I have to get off the ship asap.

I will be on Sky Princess, arriving June 19, 2024. We stop in Hellesylt from 9-11, then arrive in Geiranger at 1pm. The itinerary shows that we will tender in Geiranger. Many variables including possibly leaving Hellesylt early…but I want to assume we will arrive at 1. Thanks for your help.

For those of you who have tendered in Geiranger... How long was your tendering process? Assuming we don't arrive early, we are scheduled to be there from 1PM-7PM. I want to take the bus up to Mt Dalsnibba. Bus choices are 2PM or 2:30PM. Do you think I can make the 2PM bus?

We have not. DH likes to go down to GS to talk to them directly and tell them how many times he’s had to come down. Obviously this hasn’t made a difference. 😏. We’ve found that if we go down before dinner no one is in line.

If you are flying in to either SFO or OAK why not take Bart into the city? If you stay in a hotel down by the port, and you are able to walk, you can possibly just walk to your hotel. If we come into the city early we Bart in and walk to the Hilton Financial District…which is actually just a block down from Chinatown.
