  1. I can’t seem to book specialty dining with my OBC. The app wants my CC. Is there anyway to do it short of waiting until I’m on the ship?
  2. I’m going to second cashing out at the casino, which we didn’t do. One useless phone call and 2 unanswered emails later I’m still waiting to get my $ back from our May cruise
  3. I’m just glad that I got confirmation that they had received it. The last request I sent in took weeks. After awhile I decided I’d just send the same request to them once a week until they finally credited me. Maybe that’s why they sent me that response 😏
  4. For the first time ever I received an automated response to my emailed shareholder benefit request. To paraphrase: They received it; there's a high volume of requests so I need to allow up to 21 days for it to be processed; they'll email me once it's applied. This is an improvement over wondering if they ever got it.
  5. In the medallion, my October 9th cruise from SF shows that it’s leaving on October 7th from San Diego. I’ve changed cabins since booking, but my old cabin # is still there. Nothing I try fixes it. The Medallion people’s response was that it was too far out for them to fix it now. They were too busy trying to fix problems with more imminent departures.
  6. Let me just say that we had booked the DaVinci dining room, but right before the cruise found that we had been moved to Botticelli. It was wonderful. Had the same table for two every night. Great waiters. No line (we ate at 6PM) to speak of...we usually just walked up to the door, checked in, and then just walked to our table. So it sounds like they've greatly improved since last Fall.

  8. We left out of SF on the Ruby in May. We were in the first embarkation group so I can’t speak to getting on later, but the line moved fast, and it was well organized. The DaVinci dining room will be open for lunch. There is also the Horizon Court, International Cafe, Salty Dog Grill, and Slice Pizza. All of these are walk ups…and no extra charge. Enjoy your cruise. The Ruby staff is great!
  9. We had them print out a copy of our folio the night before we disembarked in May. Never received an email copy, nor have we ever received the refundable credit due us. And no response to the two emails sent to customer relations.
  10. Thank you for your posts. I am enjoying this very much as we plan to do this cruise next year. I have a question about the weather. I see beautiful skies, but has it been hot at all? Humid?
  11. My final statement from my April 30th cruise shows I have a refundable OBC in the amount of $100.32 I have never received it. Does anyone know the correct phone # to call and inquire about it? Or can I chat?
  12. The March 2023 28 day cruise is still on the Crown. Is that the switch you were referring to?
  13. This is interesting. If I look at the CA coastal cruises in October I can book a cruise with a Princess Plus fare, but not if I want to book the basic fare. That gets an oops something has gone wrong response. Basic fare doesn’t even have the “California resident” fare offer.
  14. We have $100.32 refundable from our May cruise. $100 military credit and some miscellaneous tax. Still waiting for a check.
  15. When I couldn’t see an October 2023 cruise I was told you couldn’t see cruises thatvwere more than a year out. Another lie. I think they just have a sheet of useless excuses, close their eyes and pick one.
  16. We have a 28 day Tahiti cruise on the Crown in March, and I’ve been worried about it. I want an email too.

  18. I can see my booking under upcoming cruises, and I have the booking confirmation. I just wanted to get it in the App, but I only get…this is not a valid booking # when I try.

  20. Does anyone have a cruise listed on their App that is more than a year away? I can’t get my Sept 2023 cruise to show up on the App, nor can I access it through the web based personalizer. Called Princess. Rep said it won’t show up on the App if it’s more than a year away. True?
  21. I chatted again with a different rep who said they were just now working on requests from May 6th. I think that's a bunch of hooey, but I'll just chat again next week!
  22. So I also faxed form in on May 12th. Nothing. Emailed it on May 25th. Still nothing. Wasted time chatting with someone who told me she couldn't check on it so I should send it again. 🤷‍♀️
  23. Booked on 5/16 so that isn't the problem.
