Reading all this I am really frightened now to even try to upload vaccine proof and Antigen test. I thought cruising was supposed to be stress free, well it used to be but not any more.

Surely the incentive for reporting a positive test is thinking of others and not being selfish and inconsiderate.

Just think you could then be giving the virus to someone else who may be vulnerable or have a family member who is vulnerable. Who might inadvertently give the virus to them before they knew they had the virus. You need to think of others not just yourself .

Yep we have now gone yellow again. Green, yellow, green , yellow what is going on. Most annoying , well I’m just going at the time we had.

Same here now green again. I’m dreading trying to upload LFT results. Take a photo of your Green status and bar code and use that to board saying you can’t get a connection in case it goes to yellow again.

We don’t need the turn down service so will definitely tell them not to bother. You still get the Patter delivered and left outside door I assume, is that right? I’m also guessing you no longer get the little chocolates left. We used to take them home for Grandkids but they can do without them 😆

People were posting which cruise ships were docked at the time sounding their horns and also many more parked up at sea all along the coast.

Yes we had one as well. Where we live now we had one for Prince William’s wedding, one for Prince Harry’s wedding and a socially distanced one on our driveways for the VE Day 75 year celebration. We are having one for the Jubilee weekend but as it’s also half term a few neighbours will still be away.

I assumed there must be places called Portland in the US as well, just thought it was funny the app thought the ship was going to sail over the Atlantic in a day and then back again in a day. Also that it hadn’t been programmed to differentiate. The other one that seems to confuse some TA websites as well as the Cruise Line websites is Santiago the maps always show the ship sailing from Spain to South America and then back to Spain in a day. There is another one like that, a popular cruise port in Spain that they confuse with somewhere in South America but I can’t think of the name , it will come to me tonight I’m sure.

We are on a British Isles cruise soon and the Medallion App seems to think Portland ( Dorset , England) is in the United States . It’s got itself in a muddle there 🤣🤣

Saw this on another site and thought anyone in the UK at the time might be interested.

I had a kit ready for our Hawaii cruise in early March 2020 when we first heard about Covid, which obviously never materialised, throat lozenges, paracetamol, ibuprofen, cold and flu tablets etc as well as sea sickness tablets in case crossing the Pacific was rough weather. Unfortunately most of these items have passed their use by date now. I am still going to take the sea sickness tablets on our next cruises ( first ones due this year since Covid) out of date or not I’m sure they will have some effect.

I was just going to wait until tomorrow then the whole thing just went blank. But never mind as above all sorted now………until the next time 😀

It is an I pad but just tried shutting it down and starting up again and hey presto everything is back. Thanks very much 👏👏

When I go into the required options it says no bookings and tells me to link booking but when I did it just goes back to the page saying no bookings and tells me to link booking. Now just tried going in again and as someone else has said above nothing is there at all now it’s just a white screen.

This is ridiculous now. We have gone out of the green lane and moved into the blue lane. Our arrival group has disappeared and our dine my way for both cruises. When I go into Personal information and documents it says I have no bookings.

Well the dinning reservations still seem to be there and correct for both cruises this year so 🤞🤞it will stay that way. The section where you can book your arrival and departure time seems to have disappeared now unless they have moved it somewhere else. I wanted to check if our departures groups were showing yet and also if the arrivals for the second cruise were showing. Any ideas where it has gone?

How long is it taking people to get their OBC at the moment? Princess are normally on the ball with allocating it and e-mailing back but I haven’t heard anything for over two weeks. Have they changed the e-mail address or anything?
