  2. No but our TA did and they said Princess said they would honour the before boarding price if you go to guest services. Tbh I am not sure they will but we shall see.
  3. They had the pub lunch on the Emerald in June, it was okay but the fish was two small bits more like chicken goujons from a kid's meal.
  4. Have tried phoning on hold for over 2 hours so gave up . Also tried emailing first thing this morning so 10 hours ago, haven't even had an automated response saying email has been received.
  5. We are also sailing in 6 days and the price has more than doubled since last week. I am kicking myself for not ordering then but on the other hand why had it gone up, they definitely haven't given us the 50% off now. Also don't want to order onboard as it will be even more.

  8. Agree on that I was going to say the same as we always said before Covid what a waste. Although on our cruise in June they took the basket back and put in the cupboard presumably to use again. We saw people on near by tables figuring all the bread and they still put any left back in cupboard. Also with the bread knife and plate they took them away and put back in cupboard with clean ones. One day ( before I realised what they were doing) I scaped a mark off mine although didn't use it.
  9. Perhaps you did get a response and it was going to your junk mail. Did you check your account in the Cruise Personaliser as any OBC shows up in there under Payments at the top of the screen, then scroll down
  10. Which is the e mail address the OP used. The reason I said earlier in post #15 try sending again and typing the e mail address in again and not just copying it is because if by chance you leave a space at the beginning of the address you wouldn't notice it but it wouldn't go.

  12. That's the address for P & O , the Princess one the O P used is for Princess. That address would probably get there eventually but might go round the houses a bit. A couple of points that I have missed out before, make sure the proof shows an up to date date on it, your name and the number of shares. We have always had an automated response immediately saying it has been received and then another e mail between a few days and just over a week later saying OBC has been added. If there is a problem with the proof we have had an e mail telling us what is wrong. If you never got the automated response the same day you sent then I assume it never got there. Try sending again and re typing the e mail address , not copying it, in case there was a problem with it.
  13. I don't know, when I posted the quoted comment it was 3rd July so 5 weeks ago. Things have changed a lot in the last month or so, who knows. For those on B2Bs it would be interesting for them to know I would think.
  14. When my Sister was in Mexico recently, they got friendly with an American Family who at that time had to test to fly home. When they went to the testing place the chap said it will be $15 if you test negative and $150 if you test positive. In other words you could still get a negative certificate even if you tested positive. I'm sure other testing hubs in other countries were doing the same.
  15. I thought we might get the extra OBC as those sailing in October got it last month so I was hoping we might get for November cruises 👏👏👏
  16. Did you put money on the account then or did you have OBC. We had some refundable OBC from military benefit left on our account and they gave us cash back in dollars on the day before we disembarked. We used it to tip the cabin steward and waiters extra.
  17. If you trade in your mini bar do you get a coffee card each (2 of us both Elite) or just the one to share?
  18. What do you actually get on a coffee card, presumably it is so many speciality coffees, but how many?
  19. This question was asked in the Medallion App thread . If you purchase on the day you board do you get the cheaper rate that you can get before boarding or does the price go up the as of that day. I wanted it to come off our OBC and not pay beforehand but don't want to pay the higher price obviously. ( Seems I am not alone in wanting to know this)

  21. Following on from my question above it isn't as expensive as I thought for the whole cruise but it has given me the price in GBP , I would really like it to come off our OBC which is in $s . Can we do that , and if so how?

I know if you order the internet connection before you sail you get it at a cheaper rate minus the Elite discount but does anyone know if you can just book a few days before we sail and still get the cheaper rate plus the discount. We just need to use it towards the end of the cruise to check some business.
