My father was born in Poland ,lived in the UK and came to America.He described to me the wonders of traveling .

One of the few ,in my opinion.Tomorrow I will be reading a poem that I wrote that was published.The reading will be for the possibility of participating in a zoom entertainment show Monday night that can be viewed all over the USA .While my chances of making it to the show are minimal I was encouraged by the people who read my poem last week. ”What a lovely way to get to know you.Such a powerful poem.Stunning images,mysterious,and not a word wasted.Beautiful”. All of the entrants are published poets who like me have Parkinson’s.

TSOTD s from Curaçao one of my favorite places.The last time we were there was in 2018.We went into a store .While Toby was browsing I got into a conversation with the owner.Although he was much younger than me we grew up in the same area.He said I was the first person he met since living in Curaçao who lived in his area.

In August 2020,a cousin who I was very close to died from cancer.In February 2021 her 39 year old daughter died from MS.Last night her granddaughter graduated college.Although she lived in Calif .she desired to go to a college in NYC where she has many relatives.Toby and I zoomed the graduation . The keynote speaker was the husband of a woman who on September 11,2001 was on one of the planes that landed in New Foundland .She had been visiting her father in the UK.

My first cruise was on a ship without a casino,only going to one port,although it was a 7 day cruise.The only activities on the ship were skeet shooting and a pool. The crew was great

Many years ago the only yogurt I enjoyed was Prune Whip.Recently I began eating non dairy yogurt for medical reasons and find that Peach is delicious.

I never had Blue Cheese Dressing

Has anyone had Fried Ice Cream ?I had it about 30 years ago in NYC.
