My legs have not seen daylight since I was on a basketball team in 1964 .Yes,I know that basketball is normally an indoor sports but my team scrimmaged against a team visiting NY from Minneapolis in the summer.

I watched Episode 4 of Deal or No Deal Island this morning.I know it is not scripted but it feels as though it is.

After you finish watching the series let’s me know if it reminds you of the first Godfather movie.

I just finished watching The Gentlemen on Netflix,2024 version starring Ray Winstone,Joely Richardson,Giancarlo Esposito and many other great actors. It reminded me a bit of Godfather I.I highly recommend it.

In 1970 my wife and I did a cross country tour of the US stopping in 43 cities. In 1976 we did a cross country tour in Canada.

After completing my education I worked non profit all my life and salary was never a factor.In 57 years of marriage my wife and I never haggled .We only bought two houses and lived in 2 apartments and accepted the prices because we believed they were affordable.

My youngest daughter and her husband were on an escorted land trip to Peru in 2019.It was a group of school teachers.They too were told they were expected to haggle.

That is way too young.May he RIP.

I have never haggled with anyone about anything.

I never visited Miami .In fact other than flying to Ft.Lauderdale to board a cruise and being on a cruise with a stop in Cocoa Beach I have never been to Fla.

Unlike me my children eat everything at least once

Happy St.Patrick’s Day to all who celebrate.Many years ago I entered a poetry competition sponsored by Paddy’s Irish Whiskey. I did not win a cash prize but I did win a certificate reading Leonard ……….Honorary Irish Poet.I also received a letter advising that if I brought the certificate to a bar that served Paddy’s whiskey I would receive a free beverage. There was an Irish bar close to where I was working and I brought it in .I received a shot of whiskey.The certificate was then framed by me and I hung it on a wall in my office. Later on it hung on a wall in the bar in my then home.Currently it is in my closet .

The only food I ever ate that had a horrible odor was pickled pigs feet.The grandmother of a childhood friend was visiting from Jamaica,BWI and I did not wish to offend her by not trying a food that she prepared.It tasted awful to me.

Michael Jordan is not a person that I have great regard for.Did you ever read the book Jordan Rules ?

Montreal is my favorite city on the planet.Perhaps if I had grown up there I would have eaten other foods.
