    Did the partial transit years ago on Brilliance from Atlantic. Got off in Guyton Lake and then did the rest on small boat. Such a difference. Bus back to Colon. In October we sail on the Radiance from San Diego to Tampa. Actually boarding in Vancouver.

    There's another question you should ask. Can you bring it into Barbados? Also will TSA let you fly with it . I don't have the answerss, just the questions.

    The only time this was an issue wss on the Anthem where we had always booked a cabin near the Concierge Lounge. We had a cabin 2 doors away on the TA so missed being able to use it. Otherwise can't really complain. Still a lounge with a Concierge to help and drinks, coffee, tea, food, etc.

    It was annoying on Anthem TA as we booked our cabin near the lounge as we had done on 3 previous Anthem cruises pre-covid. Not much of a problem.

    Same cruise. No, don't think we got off super early. Guess i didn't look to see other ships. Headed north to Jacksonville for the night and then Hilton Head. Anyway garage worked very well.

    Oasis was only ship in port that day. Anyway it was almost 4 year's ago so don't recall which terminal! Dh does recall that we paid when pulling in. No one there when we left so surprised that we were only charged for 6 days. Cruise had been cut short due to a major noro outbreak on the ship and none of the ports wanted us. We were fine.

    Actually you're sailing from Port Canaveral. In 2019 we parked at garage by terminal. On return the porter went with us to the car in the garage. Just note garage elevator was slow. Our cruise was cut short by 1 day and were only charged for 6 days even though paid on arrival for 7.

    Couldn't download to tablet but someone on here said they used the smart switch app on their android/Samsung phone to transfer to their Samsung tablet. Both were Samsung products. I tried it and it worked.

    Don't recall the numbers on the TA. We sailed at about 2400 passengers and lots of children, unusual for TA but there was a 2 week school holiday in the UK. Also 2/3 of passengers were not US citizens or residents. Not sure how that adds up.

    What about people who prepay gratuities or who have a ta who gifts it? Just because gratuities not listed does not mean they weren’t paid.

    Not allowed in on the October TA.

    That's what our edocs say. We plan on doing that for our January cruise. Btw we usually tip room attendant, waiter, assistant waiter extra. We also tip bar waiters in diamond lounge and elsewhere for our free drinks.

    Amazing. Just checked and the credit is there. Says occurred onn12/7 but i don't think it was there yesterday but i didn’t check last night or earlier today. Anyway done. Good luck to everyone else.

    The thing is Royal just raised gratuities effective September 7th. Imho too soon for another increase.

    So why is post here? He does mention Royal in the post. If i misunderstood sorry.

    Confused. We have a cruise in January and edocs say $16/per day and since booked prior to September 7th can prepay at $14.50. I haven't seen anything. Online about Royal raising gratuities again. When is your cruise? Which ship? Considering they just raised gratuities in September and the previous increase was 4 years earlier this seems odd.

    Did I miss something as I don’t see Jewel crossing to Amsterdam. I see her sailing from Amsterdam in May but no crossing.

    I emailed mbayley#rccl.com yesterday and got a response this am. They found a problem in my refund, fixed it, and should be another 10-14 days! I'll believe it when I see it. Not a huge amount of money but annoying.

    Take a photo of your negative covid test.

    Good luck. I got similar responses. Friday, you'll have your credit by Monday as it's already been processed. Today, it takes time, at least 14 business days and more if an international transaction or with some banking institutions. We'll see.

    Still waiting for refund from email dated 11/18. Every time I get a different story. Today told that international and certain banking institutions take longer! What?! Used a Royal credit card and I'm pretty sure Tennessee is not international. Oh well.. i continue to wait.

    On our last cruise I ordered a soup, potato (?) That came with bacon on top and I asked for no bacon. It was no problem. Obviously soups are made earlier in the day but i assume they aren't finished, i.e. garnished, until ordered.
