I had a similiar experience at MIA, but my guy was in his own car. Grabbed my bags and put them in his trunk and said $45 was his fee. I told him I'd pay $20, and he said no way. I got my bags, walked down the sidewalk, and found a shuttle service that was charging $17. Sucker bet for those paying the $45.
Same here, stopped us while picking up luggage. Need a taxi? Got in the back seat and hub realizes there is no meter I start gabbing about us knowing the area. Got to the Embassy, driver said $50. !! no way,, ok $40. I looked at his licence plate, went over to him and said "you're a crook and you get nothing" he left !!!

I promise you I’m going to do my little part so do you don’t get in. I pay a premium for a cruise to have it diluted by pinnacles. All suite guests services are diluted by having many pinnacles on board.
You should have you own lounge like some suggested on my cruise; not the SUITE lounge.

Sorry, we sail in GS most cruises, see ya soon.

I must say the ship is beautiful. The SL/CK staff is awesome. I do feel the experience was diluted this time by those enjoying CK/SL who did not pay for it (pinnacles). It really should be reserved only for those who paid for a $uite.

What a selfish attitude. We will soon be pin *(after an average of $2,000. per cruise and that's light) a pinnacle couple has invested over $200,000.00. You bet I'll be in suite lounge with you.

We love SAS great vans, nice people $15.00 pp Can't go wrong with this company
-
check out SAS transportation, ridesas.com 1-4 passengers $15 each, 5+ passengers $13 each. Used them many times
Totally agree, they are a great company, reasonable, beautiful vans.
-
We always stay in FLL and have SAS pick us up and take us to the port in MIA they also pick up at port and take you back to FLL.. $15.pp can't beat them. Great company
-
Well, this just blows.
LOL thought of you when I read this Jo, !

SAS answered my call quickly. Unfortunately I was the first to enter the van and had to wait until the van had 6 passengers before they would leave. It took appr 30 minutes to get the van full enough. I still had plenty of time so it wasn't a big deal. Driver was pleasant and van was clean. I would use them again.
Any time they would run late,(seldom) they call you. I love that company and the prices are great. Use them all the time.

I've flown out of FLL several times on Southwest, and it's always been 3 hours.
Roz
Not anymore. We just returned from FLL, and they would not let us in. Had to wait 4 hrs. before we got through security.

We have frequently used Value Trips for the Ft Lauderdale Hyatt and its our favorite place to stay. We requested stays for 2 different trips as far back as 2/25 and have yet to get a response. I've called the Hyatt and they dont have any requests from Value trips, I emailed value trips 5 days ago and have left them a voicemail. Anyone have any luck in the past few weeks doing reservations with them? Anyone have any info if they are still in business?
I've given up on them . Just too much stress wondering if I have the dang res. or not.
I watch for price drops on other hotels. so far so good. Terrible customer service

last week, no cordon blue on day 4.

We're on the Navigator right now. Asked the LA for a print out of our cruise history and points
;p. Hmmmmm we are not Emerald instead of D+ lol lol
-
Coastal kitchen is for suite guests. JS and up. JS is only for dinner
-
Your right and i asked people if they would post when they were onboard if they were having an overflow lounge or not.
We're on the Navigator, and they sure do have an over flow lounge. 5-600 D, D+ and a few Pins

I'm so frustrated with this company. I reserved a room at Hyatt at least 6 wks ago and still have heard nothing.

thank you

Hope I did ok. Coco Beach shuttle will be picking us up at the airport at 5 pm. We're staying at the Raddison then headed to Oasis.
I'm hoping there is a grocery store, or someplace to get cruise wine, that is near by.
thanks everyone

I checked previous posts. Wanted to use Contran but the earliest they pick up is 10-10:30 am. We would like to be at the ship no later than 10:30.
Are there other shuttles anyone can recommend (around $20pp) that has an earlier pick up. thank you

Has anyone waiting to hear from Value Trips received a confirmation yet? It has been 1 week for me & I did send an e mail....still nothing.
I booked with valuetrips for April $119. Embassy was$ 331. I really hate dealing with VT, such a pain waiting and waiting. What's there problem anyway?
-
Also on the Allure. We heard it both ways as well. Our concern is we do not want our FCC to go to our current TA. We want to control it.
I'm sure Lars and get it straightened out when you get home. Or even better yet, see if the Concierge can help you. I'm sure if they know you are not happy with your t/a, they'll help.
Soooooooooooo jealous, you two , lol
-
Hope this helps.:)
Don't hold your breath, lol

We love the Embassy suites on 17th street. Prices shouldn't be too bad for October.
We use SAS (share a ride) picks us up at the hotel and takes us to port in MIA ($15.pp)
congrats to the newly weds.

Error in Deluxe Beverage package pricing?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Dear Guest,
Well, this round’s on us.
On Monday, July 1st, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM EST, we posted incorrect pricing of $18 USD per person, per day, for Deluxe Beverage Packages. Given that we typically price these packages at about $55 USD per person, per day, it was the (messed up) deal of the century.
This was a BIG mistake! It might have been bad code, a random computer glitch — or maybe we just need to reinstate our intern typing test.
Any which way, it was our error, and we’ll own it. Enjoy your deep, deep discount — while we go drown our sorrows.
Happy 4th of July!
Sincerely,
